So far so good, easy to swallow, but make sure to take with food because if not than you can experience some nausea. Seems my immune system is good because I haven’t been sick yet or got covid. I also take vit C, and D3.

My experience so far is excellent. I am showing no adverse effects in taking one 50mg capsule per day. There are cheaper zinc compounds that tend to give me a stomach ache, but not this formula. I’ve seen other brands supply the same amount of zinc in a much larger capsule and it makes me wonder why do they have to be so large? Great price!

Ich habe das Produkt ausgetestet. Es ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kapseln sind klein, lassen sich leicht schlucken, und das obwohl der Zinkgehalt deutlich höher ist, wie bei den meisten anderen Nahrungsergänzungen mit Zink. Dadurch ergibt sich ein ausgezeichnetes Preis – Leistungsverhältnis.
