Best zinc supplement I’ve taken. It doesn’t upset the stomach as much as other zinc supplements and also absorbs Incredibly fast. Great supplement for men out there weight lifting or for immune health!

Really important stuff if youre a guy
This zinc is really good. Its a great amount, not too much like other supplements and I can tell you it is 100% effective for vascularity, testosterone, and libido. I used to have cold hands but now I see much more vein growth when combined with exercise and my hands are now larger and warmer. This also boosts libido and erectile strength. If you’re a man, you must take this.

This capsule is small and easy to swallow, doesn’t cause me any nausea like some brands. I take it at night with my last small dose of daily copper.

Helped me to regain my sense of smell
I needed this after a recent bout with the flu drained all my zinc resources. I couldn’t smell or taste properly for weeks and it dawned on me that I was zinc deficient. I ordered this because it has great reviews and meets my daily dose requirements. A day after taking this, my sense of smell started to come back. This hasn’t caused me any side effects and it’s easy to take. Just keep in mind that this shouldn’t be taken with vitamin D, but it can be taken with vitamin C.
