For the last 11 months I was unexpectedly struck with constant panic/anxiety attacks that happen randomly throughout the day. Symptoms like chest pain, tightness, random shortness of breath even while sitting, arm pain…u name it. I’ve gone to doctors and no one can seem to figure out whats wrong and how to tame it. I was prescribed antidepressants but didnt want to take them so I came across Reishi Mushroom in my research and how its supposed to help calm you and your stress levels. I initially tried a brand from costco and noticed liver pain and when I googled the symptom, I found that some ppl can have adverse reactions with some powder forms …so i dug deeper and apparently I didnt realize how many brands out there contain mostly fillers in their capsules. I then found this brand and was VERY impressed about how they formulate and their own method (i wont bother explaining but u can read up on it). This brand feels a lot more trustworthy and much more transparent in their formulation process then most supplement brands Ive used in the past. Anyway, how did this work for me? Well, I still have my symptoms and havent found a solution (but I never expected this to be what was going to “cure” me) but what I can say is it did provide me some relief. The effects are sooo subtle that you dont even know if its working but i noticed that I was much more relaxed and my mind felt calmer and I could focus better. I just recently bought my 2nd bottle and I take it at night every day. The nights I dont take it I can feel a difference. Im not an expert on what exactly Reishi mushroom should or can be used for but I truly think that this should be in our medicine cabinets to have on hand…i didnt experience any side effects either. I wish it was cheaper to be honest but I dont want brands compromising quality. If this is your first time, def give it a shot. Or reach out to the owners and see what they recommend for u cuz i see that they have a ton of different mushrooms types.

I don’t like the taste of mushrooms but want the benefits from them so decided to try these. I bought them for my 97 pound dog and myself for immune support and she has no problem with having the contents inside the capsule mixed into her food. I will continue to take mine as they are inside the capsule.I did see the reviews where the bottle has a warning about being exposed to lead in the state of California. This may seem very concerning to most but there is lead and metals in a lot of the soil everywhere around the world. California has to put labels advising people of this. You see notices all over California in hotel rooms, etc telling you this regarding the water as well. We can and do ingest alot of heavy metals from our water and soil as well as the fruits and vegetables that grow in and with them. We can’t escape it…BUT…If you are worried about heavy metals you can detox from them with calcium bentonite clay, food grade diatomaceous earth, and activated coconut charcoal and purified water (a Berkey is great for this) once a week or however often you decide is best.With that said, there is no reason to deny yourself the benefits of healthy mushrooms, water, fruits, veggies, etc just because of the warning of ingesting lead or other metals. It is a disclaimer they have to put in the label to let you know. If you were to avoid everything with lead or heavy metals you would scarcely eat or drink. So, please don’t be concerned about the warning on the bottle as it is standard practice in the state of California due to the metals in the soil.Hope this helps and I will most likely continue to purchase these.

I initially purchased this product for my daughter and now I will be ordering it for myself. I have read about beta glucans and researched the seller and the importance of which part of the mushroom is used in these products. I’ve watched all Dr Steven Gundri’s videos on youtube. Mushrooms are highly recommended by many for boosting immunity and mitochondrial uncoupling. I have no affiliation neither with Dr Gundri nor the seller.
