Do All You Can, To Stay Healthy
I prefer Nature “Made” Vitamin C because they’re 3rd Party, Independently Tested and verified as real. Nature Made products carry (USP Verification), meaning they’re independently tested for both purity and potency. In other words, they’re not fake or compromised. Others, including another with Natures in it’s name… Is Not third party tested and is not USP Verified. Buyer beware, which is why I rarely catch colds. If you see “Made,” they’re made right. I like being healthy, & I wish you good health as well!

Works, but has a lot of fillers
This works, is cheap, and does what it’s supposed to (it’s saved me from oncoming colds multiple times), but it’s full of fillers. If you’re health-conscious and trying to avoid fillers like soy in your vitamins, avoid this.

I take vitamin C very day and I find these to be the best value for the money. My kids go to school and as a single parent it is important I don’t get sick. I find the health benefits to be great as I haven’t been sick since I started taking these while other around me have gotten sick. They are easy to swallow and I usually take with food. They are tasteless and very effective. It also has a good price point and my local store wanted almost double the price
