Works great, but the bag is a powdery mess!
The powder form seems to work as promised and build immunity! I took this for months and never got sick like I usually do during cold seasons. My allergies were even less severe than they normally are. I decided to switch to a capsule form because the power is just such a mess to scoop out of the bag. It gets all over your hands when it gets closer to the bottom of the bag. I got so sick within 3 weeks of switching and it lasted for weeks! I switched back recently. I’d rather deal with the powdery mess than get that sick again! That’s the reason for 4-stars. It dissolves well in my morning coffee, no taste, doesn’t cause any GI discomfort or weird side effects for me like other reviews I’ve seen.

My husband and I add a little scoop (included) in our morning coffee. Has a nice flavor but not overpowering also it does seem to help calm a jittery mind. Have been using this product for a few years now. Love these NON medicinal – natural mushroom powders. Will order again.

Love the product have been mixing it in my morning coffee for years. The mushroom powder mixes well does not have an overpowering taste a little bit on the earthy side just taste good in my morning coffee. I don’t want to stop taking this I feel great never get sick do not take any medication. Works for me.

Number of servings questionable
This is definitely NOT 141 servings as advertised. I ordered it on January 21 and ran out a couple days ago. My calculations make that about 90 servings. I used the measuring spoon included in the package. I made sure it was a level measurement. I like the fact that it is 10 types of mushrooms instead of the seven I had been using. I use it in my coffee and it does not affect the flavor. I am not sure I will be reordering but considering the price of mushroom powders, even at 90 servings, I think it is a decent price.
