Inexpensive magnesium glycinate
It’s exactly as described. The only reservation I have is the way the magnesium is listed twice. (1) Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) 60 mg(2) Magnesium glycinate 400 mg.Other Magnesium glycinate products are more expensive and require more than 1 capsule as a “serving”. I am a bit skeptical d/t low price, 1 capsule=460 mg. I’ll have to do some Grok (AI) research. Love the price hope I’m actually getting 400 mg of magnesium glycinate

Just what my mother needed! My mother had low levels of magnesium. This supplement helped to elevate my mother’s magnesium level back to where it should be. She takes two capsules per day. No upset stomach whatsoever. Helps her to fall asleep, too. Wonderful product!
