Great mask, great customer service
This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

Love, love, LOVE this mask! It is easy and comfortable to use and not bulky like the plastic masks. You can vary the time and intensity which is perfect because I usually use 15 minutes of red light on my face and neck then do 10 minutes of blue light on my face. The neck and chest piece is one of the reason I chose this mask. Sometimes I use the chest piece on my upper back with the blue light to “zap” my occasional back acne. I have noticed with consistent use my skin looks smoother and glowy. I also want to add some of the LEDs stopped working after almost a year but the warranty was honored and I received a new mask within 24hrs! Clearly they stand behind their product and I was seriously impressed with their response.

Can definitely tell a difference after first time using this mask. I like it has several colors, I wished it changed colors automatically from color to color. Can’t wait to see what results are like after a few weeks. The straps that hold it on are not comfortable. The velcro is cumbersome and hard to reattach each time. The neck strap it is also hard to hook up as you try to secure it around your neck.

Best LED mask!!!
Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don’t regret a thing choosing this brand. I’ve been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can’t wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It’s easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that’s another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn’t feel like you’re putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

I can tell a difference!
I LOVE this mask. My skin looked better even after the first use. Nourished is the exact word. I just look more refreshed and my skin is smoother. I am 4 months away from 55 years old and everything is starting to lose its elasticity. I had really been feeling like age was catching up with me. While I’ve only been using it for about 5/6 weeks for about 15 minutes 4/5 nights per week – using specifically the red light, I can tell my face jus looks fresher. Has it helped with the sagging happening? No. Not yet anyway, but the benefits are definitely worth it regardless. I researched these type of masks quite a bit and for quite a while. I had just never pulled the trigger. I have a red light therapy Velcro belt a d thought I could just use that. And I’ve tried but it’s a major pain and not east. I never saw rge same results trying to us it around my face as I have seen with this.I Had another brand I almost bought, but changed my mind and pulled the trigger on this one, even though it cost a little more. I am so glad I did!!. It’s well worth the extra $. It’s comfortable. It’s flexible. It’s well made and it has lots of light colors and levels to choose from. The charge also lasts a long time! Highly recommend!

After 1 year the lights are malfunctioning. I can’t get red light and only half of the neck piece lights up. I did use it almost daily though.

I use it almost every day. I do see results especially now that I have reached the recommended 90 minutes. It is very easy to use my skin is very soft and it is comfortable to wear while watching TV. Most of the time I fall asleep wearing it. It is very therapeutic in a way. I am 62 years old and will probably use it for the rest of my life

The Nourished Bodynskin LED face and neck mask is comfortable and light to use. I purchased mine a month ago. I use the mask 5 to 6 nights a week for at least 15 minutes, primarily on the red function. My interest in purchasing was reduction of photo ageing and inflammation. I have had psoriasis and immediately found a reduction in inflammation and itching. I researched many brands of these masks before choosing and found the Nourished Bodynskin product to be spot on in terms of wavelengths and irradiance strength particularly for skin rejuvenation. I have not been disappointed. Over the period of the month since purchase I have noted an increased evening out of my general complexion and a glow or radiance making the skin look rested and healthy, no psoriasis flairs and reduction of previous “itchy spots”. It’s been easy, comfortable and very relaxing to use. When some of the lights stopped working I contacted the seller and they were so lovely and courteous, they offered to replace with a new unit immediately. The next day I had my replacement mask! Barely a pause of my routine. I definitely recommend this mask. It’s good quality, has the specs and Nourished bodynskin are kind and fair if you need any help or have technical issues. Worth the 5 stars.

I bought this as it was a good price for the level of brightness and colour options. I also loved the idea of the neck section as I’ve lost weight and I have crepe skin on my neck.Honestly I’m blown away and have recommended it to so many of my friends. I built up the brightness and used it everyday for about a month. The images show the difference in my eyes after just 10 days. I now use it 3-4 times a week. I apply my skincare prior to putting the mask on and it helps my skin to absorb the moisture.I also suffer with cystic acne and have a number of scars on my cheeks from previous flare ups, I can say with confidence this mask is helping reduce the signs of the scars. I’ve never ever been happier with my skin.Overall it feels good quality and well built. The mask itself feels luxurious, the remote is maybe a bit less luxury but it works, it doesn’t need to be fancy. It’s very easy to use and the straps keep it all in place, but I treat myself to 20 mins laid still while I use it and it feels like a little treat.Overall, run, don’t walk to get this in your basket! Best thing I’ve done for my skin in 26 years of adulthood!

Ik ben erg blij met dit product! Na een paar weken gebruik merk ik dat mijn huid steviger oogt.Na ongeveer 4 maanden gebruik deed een deel van de LED‑lampjes het ineens niet meer. Jammer natuurlijk, maar zulke dingen kunnen gebeuren. Wat ik echt geweldig vond, is hoe snel en vriendelijk BTS Brands dit voor me heeft opgelost. Binnen 1 dag na mijn melding via Amazon kreeg ik de bevestiging dat ik een vervangend apparaat zou ontvangen. Twee dagen later had ik het nieuwe masker al in huis.Topservice en een goed product. Zeker een aanrader!
