Great for what I needed them for
These little motivational foam squishy stress relieving balls are just as I said above. For my EMDR treatment and with my other treatments I used one just like this but it was a football. Well I had accidentally left mine at the rehab. So when I got home it was so important to me that I found some. Went to wal mart and they only had the gel filled ones. So when I got home I was panicking. Went straight to Amazon. Thankfully after 30 MI utesof looking found them. It really wasn’t easy to find them. Maybe I was searching the wrong thing. But they work perfect. And surprisingly have lasted quite sometime. Even with a 3 year old son. Great price. I think they did take a minute to get to me but in their defense I was switching addresses at the time. Great product. Would be great for parties. The are soft enough kids won’t hurt each other and durable enough the will last longer than a day.

Foam Rubber balls for Hand Physical Therapy or Stress Relief
I bought these for my elderly mom, for physical therapy for her hands/fingers that don’t work as well as they used to. She had been using a stretchy plastic coiled wristband key chain thingamabob to exercise her fingers and improve their mobility, but these are easier to use. Gave her two from the 4-pack, and kept two for myself. My grip strength and finger mobility are fine, but I’d like to keep it that way, and they’re simply fun to squeeze when I feel like strangling someone/something. The cute motivational sayings printed on them are not necessary. If they get a bit grimy for whatever reason, they clean off with a simple wipe of a soapy sponge, and a rinse.

I love the variety of colours the balls are coming. The messages put smile on your face each time you read them. It appears the writing is made by a good quality ink so those do not smudge. The balls are not making noise when are squeezed so it is not a nuisance to people around you (using it in my office). You receive the set of four in very nice and portable bag, which is a bonus.
