Amazing and actually works
I just got this and the pillow today. I used it tonight with no shirt on for full effect and I must say it was very uncomfortable but you gotta push through! At 10 minutes I was completely relaxed. Will keep and continue to use. I suffer from lower back pain and this thing made my muscles tense up and relax I could feel them “melting”.

Push through it! Don’t give up!
The feeling you get for the first four minutes or so is very intense. I really wanted to quit and was honestly fearful about the intense pricking feelings the first couple of times. After 4-5 minutes everything suddenly calms down and feels slightly euphoric. The incredible calming sensation this mat provides for hours after use is profound.If you are like me, and work a corporate job and spend your entire day glued to a desk and feeling tense… lay on this for half an hour once you get home. This mat will make your evenings tension free, and you will go back to the good ole days of feeling comfortable at home in the couch after 6 pm again.

Good for pain relief, but the neck pillow is a bit tricky
I’ve been using this acupressure mat daily and have not yet noticed any reduction in muscle tension and back pain. The mat itself feels comfortable and the spikes provide a good amount of pressure that “seems” to help with relaxation and energy.However, the neck pillow felt a little too aggressive for me — the pressure points are quite intense, and it’s been difficult to figure out exactly how to position myself on it to get the best effect. I’m honestly not sure if I’m using it correctly or if it’s actually “working” as intended.

Amazing and very helpful!
It works amazing! It takes a few to get used to it, in the beginning, but I’ve gotten to use it and can easily do 20min. On my bed or on the floor. Completely bear back. Sleep better and relaxed all day next day!

Medieval torture device
In a quest to find a solution to non-medicated, quality rest, I thought I’d give this a try. Others mentioned it hurts at first but then gives away to a warm sensation (maybe blood oozing out?). Sadly this was not the case for me. I tried it a couple times (max 7 minutes before I couldn’t take it any more). Not saying this work for some, but instead of visions of nirvana and relaxation, the only thing I could think of is that I imagine of hell had levels, this might be the first one.

ストレスで呼吸も浅くなり、肩もこり疲れた身体を癒してほしいと購入しました。正規品は高く手が届かなかったのでこちらを。ただ私はこちらでも充分満足！最初乗ったときは痛すぎて、癒されるどころではなかったです。なので慣れない内は薄めの肌着を着て寝転びました。そのあと素肌で寝転ぶと慣れてなのか、じわーとあたたかくなり気持ちよくなりました。まだ一週間たちませんが、ハマりました！疲れてストレスフルな現代人にオススメです！

まず、針はかなり鋭いです。マットを広げる時など手を傷つけないように気をつけないといけません。私はまだ直接マットに乗ることは出来ていませんが、薄手のTシャツで寝転がってちょうどいい感じです。20分ほど寝転がってみましたが、徐々に背中が温まってくる感じがあり、良い入眠のキッカケになりました。私は首肩のコリが慢性的にあり、枕は高さがあるので首下にいれ首を反るように乗せると、首も伸び気持ちがいいです。ただし、慢性的な痛みのためか、背中のようにすぐに温まるような感覚はなく、こればかりは毎日コツコツと緩めていく必要があると思いました。また、首は素肌に直接枕の針を当てていますが、圧を強くするために少し首を動かしたりするからかもしれませんが、やはり直接当てると少し肌が擦れた時のような痛みがあります。肌が弱い方は、直接当てないまたは1箇所ずつ丁寧にあてる方がいいかもしれませんね。枕はふくらはぎ下においたり、横向きに寝て脇の下に置いたり、色々とためせてとてもいいです。ちなみに、あまり効果や痛みをそこまで感じないようなレビューをみましたが、おそらくこちらは針が多くベーシックな仕様であり、ADVANS？プロ用？だと針が少ないそうです。針が少ないと支える箇所が少ない分しっかりと肌に刺さるそうですよ(本家？サイトより)。なので、あんまりって人は健康なのかもしれませんね。いずれにしても、このお値段でとても良いお品だとおもいました！これからも毎日続けようと思います。

肝臓と腎臓辺りの背中が浮腫むので足つぼマットを敷いたところ気持ちよく、熟睡出来た上に朝の尿が大量に出たので針マットに挑戦。身長154cmですがふくらはぎまで針があたるXラージを選び購入。針は短いけど鋭くしばらく寝ると背中に熱を感じます。足つぼマットよりチクチクしますが硬めの針がTシャツを着てちょうどいい心地良さです。不眠症で布団に入ってもゴロゴロしてしまい寝付けないのですが、針の圧で気持ちも安定してゴロゴロしなくても寝られました。お手頃価格で硬くない針マットもありましたがこちらで正解でした。頭裏や首もほぐれそうです。
