The Breathing Recovery During & After Activities is Insane
Digital Footprint exist so don’t prefer doing reviews, but I had to say, using this while I’m just walking or any activity in general is a life changer, I mean especially after you’re using it. After 2 Session of just inhaling through this then exhaling out my nose my breathing actually feels like its on autopilot… like you know that feeling when you pick up something heavy for a while then you move your arms to see how light they feel? that’s how my breathing feels permanently now & ive only been using it consistently for about a week & yes this does increase stamina somehow but it doesn’t increase muscle endurance from what I’ve experienced. it seems to have greatly impacted my recovery as far as panting goes & it definitely seems like i have more demand over my breathing even when im tired after running, sometimes i don’t even feel human when i THINK im supposed to be tired after a strenuous activity. Now I see why they say breathing is powerful.(there’s a bunch of lowercase “i’s” in this lol)

It’s pretty simple, but really helps to reduce the breathing rate, doesn’t say anywhere but it also helps lowering anxiety and relax you as a lower pace breathing exercise for relaxation and meditationOnly bad thing it has a little plastic taste at first, hope it go away with time.

Try the powerbreathe plus for a better experience
I recently bought a powerbreathe plus and wanted to see how it compared to this. I would say if you can afford the powerbreathe I would make the jump. Powerbreathe makes a wide range of Inspiratory Muscle Trainers (IMT). Their products range from medical to consumer grade. They are featured in many research papers. The consumer product, the power breathe plus features a spring to ensure a constant load. The spring also has a lot more threading than the inhale allowing for small adjustments over a wider range or resistance. The exercises feel more effective on the power breathe because of the spring loading. I also found the powerbreathe to be less noisy. The inhale device causes a whistling sound every time I use it.
