These are fantastic and work superbly. No hang over feeling in the morning either.

Like it but dosage listed is too high for me
I like the sleep gummies more than other sleep supplements I’ve tried with melatonin. However, the package recommends 3 gummies and I find that 2 or more it’s just too much, and I end up feeling groggy.I found that 1 gummy is enough to make me feels sleep and fall asleep easier than I would normally.

Felt woozy after taking two sleep gummies 30 minutes prior to going to bed. Uncomfortable feeling, and did not fall asleep. Felt physically awful the next day. I like Dave and believe he does important work, but this was a total miss and cannot be returned.

Effective!
I try to keep to one coffee a day, but sometimes give into some indiscretion and drink two cups and struggle to fall asleep at night. With 2 gummies, my lights are out in 10-15 mins. Usually one gummy suffices for a restful night and wake up refreshed. 2 gummies, I have to fight a bit to get out of bed – but not in a horrible way.Taste is quite pleasant.
