Results delayed but eventually came back. Customer service adequate
It’s been over a week and my account says the results are in but there is nothing for me to look at. There is no live chat or phone number on the website for assistance, just a bot.Update: after some back and forth emails, the results came back. The delay was due to a licensing issue and affected all test results that day. I appreciate that they responded to my concerns.

Good buy
Easy enrollment, easy blood collection process, and easy to understand return instructions. Results took about a week from mailing date (IN to UT). The results AI cut and splice video was a bit off putting/ offensive. “You need to take better care of yourself.” That’s why I’m doing the test… Juvenile /20 something comment. Anyway happy knowing the results before I start HRT (even though I know that hormones can be wildly out of wack from day to day for women in Perimenopause).

As a medical professional I was pleased to be able to order these tests to measure my hormones without the hassleand expense of an office visit to the doctor and then the lab. The lancet design was really fool proof. Just press firmly into the finger along the indicated lines until you felt the prick.
