EXCELLENT alternative to the usual rubber mallet!
This is one of my TOP 3 crystal singing bowl accessories at the moment and if you don’t already have one, you should get one!! If you’re a serious musician, sound practitioner, or just play for fun and want a fuller sound from the bowls, DEFINITELY add this mallet to your collection!! I’m using it in the video on the root bowl (sound on). It’s PERFECT for drones and sustaining certain harmonies/chords. The larger, softer ball is not only able to activate the sound right away with ease and virtually no artifact (no noise like scraping or friction you might hear with a suede mallet), but I find it can also bring out a beautiful, more rounded, full, rich sound from the crystal bowls that’s soothing and controlled, not abrasive or obnoxious. I use this mallet (I have 3 of them) particularly when I’m working with overtones or certain harmonics, and this helps create a more calming effect. When I have people fall asleep during sessions, I’m usually using this mallet. This mallet is able to find the sweet spot and quickly create a sort of synchronization between bowls, given they are already in tune with one another (I specifically use perfect pitch bowls). I assume this is due to the larger and softer ball and how it interacts with or compliments the vibrations of the bowl. That’s how it feels, anyway.All that said, I have a degree in music and a very trained ear, so some might not notice the difference quite as much. However, I still think most will like the feel and sound the mallet can help produce. It’s a functional, solid alternative to the standard rubber mallet (and definitely better than a suede stick, imo), is a great value, and would be an excellent addition to your mallet collection. It’s a must-have and I think you’ll enjoy the feel and sound it creates.NOTE: due to the size of the ball, this mallet isn’t as useful for bowls under 8 inches and can knock them over. Fantastic addition to my set making a full octave.
I absolutely love the resonance of this bowl. The high C note completes a full octave for my low C root chakra bowl. I tend to okay in chords in my soundbaths and gives me far more options. Sturdy mallet that really makes the bowl sing.

It’s a gamble to order a stinging bowl online. I broke this size that was part of my 7 bowl set, so I ordered this one to replace it. I researched companies and reviews and settled on this one for its affordability. It seems just as high quality as the one I broke, and I’m very happy with it. And I’m going to be much more careful!

Pretty Okay Bowl Set
The sounds notes are accurately tuned to the chakras The blue bowl is oversprayed with too much paint. There was an odor out gassing but washing all the bowls in hot soapy water removed any smell. For a relatively cheap set these are pretty okay. Good enough.

No mallets
Really beautiful bowls and they sound great! But the mallets were missing.I tried to contact the seller, but Amazon didn’t give me the option. When I reported the missing items, it wanted me to return everything to have a new set delivered.As a single mom, I don’t have time to do that. I’m just going to have to order the mallets separately when I get more money.

Great singing bowl!!!!
This is my 1st bowl. I own some tuning forks, but nothing compares to this bowl. You really feel the vibration resonating in your brain. It’s amazing. Also be warned because when you get it to sing IT’S LOUD, but that’s a good thing. I did notice one strange thing. When I used it the first time (in my basement) it seemed to draw crickets. Which is weird because I rarely see any. The first day THREE OF THEM came into the basement. Maybe they were just enjoying the sound idk. Haven’t had the issue since. I highly recommend this to anyone into mediation and chakra cleansing

Worth it!
I recently purchased these set of sound bowls, and I have to say, they’ve been an absolutely magical. They are worth the cost!From the moment I unboxed them, I could feel the energy. They are great quality and easy to use!The sound they produce is nothing short of enchanting.I will add that there was 2 mallets and each are in different bags. Initially, I thought that one of the mallets was missing, but it was actually indeed in the second bag. The bags do not have a shoulder carrying strap. It only has the hand held straps. This could be a negative for some people, but it’s perfectly fine for me.I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into the sound healing and therapy.
