This acupressure mat set is well-crafted and lightweight, making it easy to use. Although I don’t have previous experience with acupressure mats, the discs with spikes are securely mounted and appear durable, suggesting it will last a long time. I’ve been using it on my sofa, but I plan to try it on a harder surface, like my carpeted floor, for potentially better results. I’m still assessing the effects, but after using it for a while, I’ll report back on how it improves my overall well-being.I put my shoe, a size 7, in one of the photos to show the size relationship. Also, it comes in a carrying bag in which it fits perfectly!

Wish i had known about his long ago
This feels amazing! I find it easiest to use while in a chair. Very sharp, be cautious when around children. Under my feet is the best after a long day of standing!! Instant relief. Only drawback is the bulkiness of the bag/container. It’s rather bulky and hard to put back in the bag. I wish there was a better way to store it.

Absolutely love the product. I suffer from fibromyalgia and spine and lower back, hip and foot pain. My neck and scalp hurt all the time pretty much. When this came in, i was particularly tired qnd hurting. I layed it all out on my couch, as i didn’t think i could get off the floor, at least i didn’t have the energy. It felt amazing. I almost fell asleep. I had to get up for dinnner and clean up before bedtime, but this product made a huge difference. I actually took parts with me to bed. Love the pillow esp!!

I bought this for a person who has back problems. The receiver started using it immediately and he tells me that it truly helps him feel better. Everyone in his home tried it out and everyone was surprised at how comfortable it feels when you get used to it.

Kinda weak, comparatively
I’ve owned a basic mat like this for several years. If I didn’t already own one, I probably would’ve thought this one was great since I’d having nothing to compare it to. I bought this one mainly for the accessories. The one I have only came with a bolster type head pillow. I thought the larger sized pillow, back cushion, and foot pad would be nice to have as well. And I will use those pieces. But as far as the mat itself, I’m going to stick with my old one. It’s much sharper. Perhaps it would be too much to take for some people. But I think the intensity of it is what helps. You kind of go through stages; at first it feels borderline painful. You may need to shift about to for a few minutes to find a comfortable position. After a few minutes you get used to it, and then this feeling of warm bliss kind of takes over. This one’s not as sharp and therefore doesn’t have the same effect. I didn’t feel much of anything when I laid on it. The “cheaper” ones are actually much more efficient.

I lay on my mats every night! They help relieve pain and tension instantly. I am able to fall into a deep sleep. I also stand on them to relieve foot pain. So thankful for this product!
