I have been using maca powder for a while and it has pleasantly surprised me. It has an earthy and slightly sweet flavor, which at first costs a little, but mixed in smoothies, coffee or oatmeal is very good. It gives me more energy during the day without the need for extra coffee, and I have noticed better mood and less fatigue. In addition, it is a plus that provides minerals and vitamins. Of course, I recommend starting with a small amount because it can give some digestive discomfort if you go too far. In general, a very complete and versatile natural supplement that is worth trying.”

Amazing Stuff
I cannot say enough good things about this product. I had been reading about Maca for a while and watched a lot of videos on YouTube about it. I wanted to take it for hormone balancing and energy. I can DEFINITELY feel it working on my hormones. I am feeling things I had not felt in years.The first thing I noticed is after drinking a tablespoon mixed with my coffee is that it immediately opened up my sinuses. It does this every time, so it is not some placebo effect. I am kind of surprised I have not seen other people mention that it does that to them too. That is an interesting effect that I will take. It makes it easier to breathe through my nose. The other thing I love about it is it does put me in a great mood and gives me a lot of clean feeling energy that lasts all day. It also decreases my appetite so I am not snacking all day long. I do love this stuff and will keep buying this brand because it is working so well. I also love that it is organic as I rarely buy products that have chemicals and pesticides in them anymore. So I very much appreciate that it is organic. It has a nice malty flavor that I like in my coffee, and it also tastes good in a vanilla banana smoothie that I make with vanilla protein powder on occasion. Great stuff!

☺️This isthe first time I tasted MACA POWER & the first time I tried this brand . It arrived well packaged & the smell is very nice/fresh. I used 1/2 cup of fat free milk & used my frother that Is attached to my expresso machine to make the milk hot but also 1 tsp.of maca power with some squirts offat free salted carmel sauce topping JordanSkinny mixes 0 sugar . At first I tried to mix the powder with a spoon but there’s still little chunks but If you use a milk frother it makes it nice &smooth! It turned out great & I love the froth texture‼️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It had aNutty taste with Carmel added because of the sauce I put. You can always use a blender with water or any kind of milk to mix the powder. I tried it with water before but milk is my favorite! ☺️ A lot of health benefits‼️❤️ I would definitely buy it again when it runs out‼️☺️ This is one of the most delicious ❤️ drinks I have made with healthy powders ‼️ I like to write reviews because it helps other people out & gives.a idea of a product & people’s experience. Went through the whole bottle noticing at best minimal effects
Wow. So for awhile I had been feeling very lethargic. Constantly tired, skipping tons of workouts, low sex drive. I researched supplements I could try and I ended up getting a bottle of NOW Maca in capsules. Went through the whole bottle noticing at best minimal effects. Before giving up, I decided to try this powder instead and the improvement has been amazing. Been taking it a week, first day I just did one teaspoon, now I’m doing 3 a day, once in the morning, once before my workout, and once post workout. I noticed a major difference from day 1. Workouts have been great, my off days its been tough to force myself to rest and not workout. Before even if I managed to get 8 hours of sleep I’d still feel sluggish the next day, this week even some days that I didn’t get much sleep I’d still feel good the next day.The energy is hard to describe, it’s not like pounding an energy drink. There’s no jitters, its more like a mental energy, makes me just want to get up and do stuff. I’m really amazed at the effects I’ve felt, and how quickly I felt them.The negative is that it smells terrible, and tastes bad too. First time I just mixed it with water and it was really tough to get down. But mixing it with my protein shakes in a magic bullet works great, and hides the taste well. Mixing it in coffee actually tastes really good, its just sometimes the maca can clump up at the bottom. I know you can google other stuff to mix it with and its well worth the effort for the efffects. I’ll update this later if I notice anything different long term but so far highly recommended.

If you are looking for a healthy way to boost your energy etc this is it
Im almost thru this bag and wanted to wait till I had tried it for some time before reviewing. First yes it has definite odor. Depending on your sense fo smell it will smell bad or not so bad lol. I think it smells nutty but the wife call is poo powder lol. That being said the flavor isnt terrible. I mix it with my first morning cup of coffee and it gives my coffee a nutty flavor, similar to hazelnut coffee. It dont mix well so I usually pour a little coffee in my tumbler then add the desired powder and use my battery operated stirring device (I cant remember what the wife calls it, she bought it lol) and high speed mix it until its as blended as possible then fill the tumbler with more coffee. There is a definte mood boost and energy boost. Havent really had my t levels tested to see if it actually improves that as some claim but it does increase libido. Dont take this before bed or you wont sleep lol. After I finish this bag I will probably buy the capsules just to avoid the hassle of having to mix it but thats just personal preference. The powder is more cost effective in comparison to the capsules which is why I originally went with the powder. Hope this helps, oh and fyi for those wondering if it will help them Im a guy in his late 40’s (wow cant believe that, seems I just left high school lol) so you for you forever 21 guys like me, yes it helps. I thought I would like this but was wrong. The taste is horrible. I did not find the appetizing at all. Tried mixing it with food and drinks but there’s always the taste of it. It’s not for me maybe for others.

I purchased this product after doing some research to find something that would safely and effectively eliminate or reduce my hot flashes.Wow! I honestly can’t believe how well this works!I was getting hot flashes regularly and the second day that I put this product into my smoothie my hot flashes reduced into sort of a periodic warm glow. I added it to my smoothie every day and within a couple more days no hot flashes or no warm glows at all. I wondered if it could just be a coincidence, that maybe I started taking it right around the time my hot flashes were cycling down for a bit? I stopped putting it into my smoothies and no word of a lie, two days without taking it and my hot flashes were back!I’ve never baked with this product, but I put it into my morning smoothie or my homemade lattes. It adds a bit of a subtle nutty flavour.I find that 1tsp/day is enough to eliminate my hot flashes!I started taking this product in early January and used it for over a month. I had a feeling that I wasn’t getting anymore hot flashes due to other changes that were happening to me. So I stopped taking this product and I had no hot flashes. That was about 3 months ago and I started noticing “warm glows” developing again and each day they seemed a little more intense like they were ramping up back into hot flashes. I started adding this to my smoothies again and bam! Literally no hot flashes/warm glows right away.I really like this product in how quickly it works but also how quickly and seems to also stop working. It’s really an “as you need it you take it” supplement. Which makes me feel a lot better knowing that it’s not something that builds up in my system over time.I haven’t notice a single side effect except just better health in all things feminine, if you know what I mean!This be product is amazing!!

Have only been taking for a few weeks. Haven’t noticed a difference yet. I take daily in my coffee, however it does not dissolve and the bottoms of my coffee is always chunky. It doesn’t have a nutty taste I wasn’t a fan of at first but i have gotten use to it and don’t mind drinking.

I am rewriting my review of this product due to a diabetes-related personal experience with Maca. I am an insulin-dependent diabetic, and my method of Maca consumption (below) has led to significant changes (for the better) in my glucose levels. The reason this is important is because the changes I experienced were enough to put me into hypoglycaemia. In fact, I have lowered my insulin use significantly since I began using 1 tsp of maca a day. If you are a diabetic, be aware of these issues. If you search “Maca diabetes” online, you can find a scientific study that indicates these possible results.Now my review: I have previously been ordering Maca in capsules. I’ve been satisfied with the results of taking Maca, but I noticed that a huge amount of the product in the capsules is not Maca, but Fenugreek.I decided to save some money by buying Maca bulk powder. This stuff is horrible. Shudder. The smell… the taste…Anything you add it to, ends up tasting and smelling like Maca… and this is not a good thing. I have given this product a 5 star rating because the price is okay and you get what you pay for. But I really can’t recommend this for consumption. I ordered empty capsules, and am now able to use Maca with being nauseated.
