I have 2 salt lamps already and wanted to get one for another room in my house. I chose this one because the salt balls can be removed and used. The lamp is really pretty, the light is bright and comes with a dimmer. I am considering ordering another one just like this.

Very pretty
The good: This is a very pretty lamp and I have it set up in my medical spa treatment room to give a relaxing ambiance during some treatments. It casts a nice glow on the room when the main light is off. We don’t use it for massage balls but its neat to have that option.The bad: one of the salt balls is a very differnt color -off white, while the rest are orangish. It would look better if the color was consistant throughout. The lighbulb blew after about 12 uses of the lamp.The ugly: The lightbulb was almost impossible to change after it blew. After a lot of time consumed trying to pull the inner fixture with cage through the hole as it is supposed to be able to do, I finally used a screw driver to remove the entire bottom unit. Even then it was difficult to extract the inner chamber to get at the bulb. I had to use pliers to force it apart. This is a really bad design on that aspect. I’m only taking off 1 star for that because overall its a nice lamp once you get past that. Maybe I’ll rig the fixture together a bit different so its easier to change the bulb.

Opened product with incorrect bulb
I recently purchased a salt lamp. First I was skeptical because it looked as if the box was open upon being delivered . I unboxed plugged it in and was happy and content. Such a beautiful piece my family loved the look of it! We have only used it for a few hours and the blub already quit and burnt out . When I took it apart to look at the light the bulb was totally black and burnt , the socket it was in smelled burnt ! The light bulb that was in the lamp was also the incorrect bulb it was a 25w bulb not a 15w as specified in your add.. kind of disappointed. Not sure if it’s even safely usable anymore!
