Effective milk supply increase
I find just one of these tea bags super effective in increasing my milk supply. It tastes pretty neutral. I tend to pair it with one of my fruity flavored tea bags in a big yeti. Great product. I will buy again!

Perfect for breastfeeding
Been using this everytime I gave birth since my 1st kids who is now 12. I have a 4 year and now a 2 week old and it still works. I didnt have milk when I gave birth and started drinking this and by the next day my breast was full and hurting. I was able to pump with no issues while at the hospital. I recommend this tea to any mommas out there who are worried about not having enough milk supply for their newborn. I dont add anything to it since I always drink my tea plain but my sister said it taste really good with honey.

I seen on tik tok that this tea reduced period cramps, and well it 100% worked. Worked so well I forgot I was on my period. I like my tea strong and iced, and if you are wondering about the flavor it’s almost the same as black tea and does not taste like raspberries at all.My instructions for period cramps, start drinking a week before you and the first and second day of starting.2 tea bags for one cup at night,OrOne tea bag at night one in the morning.

Post partum heaven!!!
This tea is amazing! It taste great. I drank this in my third trimester and post partum and saw benefits in both when it came to how I felt and slept. It even helped a TON with post uterine cramping during post partum!

Was skeptical at fist but this blew my mind
Absolutely fantastic product, couldn’t recommend more, got given some as a gift and was skeptical at first but after trying it, WOW! I would rave about this product to anyone i spoke to about it, have ordered more after my gift ran out because it’s so crazy good, I drink a cup and my milk just starts filling up even before baby needs it, lifesaver for me because my baby won’t drink from a bottle and as much as I pump to keep my supply up when she won’t nurse i cant give it back to her because she won’t take it so if she’s sleeping and I expect her to sleep for longer (and pump) but then she wakes up, I have a cup of this and my boobs just fill right back up again.. amazing, will continue to buy for as long as necessary! (I hated the taste when I tried it first because I don’t like licorice at all, but with a splash of heavy cream and a couple tbsp of honey it’s lovely! Cant taste the fenugreek at all (hate maple) but yeah, short story long I couldn’t love this product any more 😂

Leí que se recomendaba para embarazo, algo que decía que ablandaba los músculos para el momento del parto así que lo tome desde segundo trimestre, nunca sentí efectos secundarios ni nada, muy bueno siento que me relajaba los nervios también, el sabor es muy herbal rico, tomaba un día si un día no, hasta el día el nacimiento y efectivamente fue parto natural y todo salió bien! Se sugiere preguntar a su médico o partera si desea consumirlo.
