Great dosage/no stomach issues
The dosing is great, 15 mg I think is the right amount to take on a daily basis and not get overdose of zinc. It doesn’t cause stomach issues at all! This is my go to when it comes to zinc supplementation.

Good price for a basic zinc supplement
This is just a normal zinc supplement, but from a reputable brand, and nothing weird added. No shenanigans. No gimmicks. I like the dosage, I’m not trying to throw my body out of wack by doing a high dosage. Magnesium and zinc have competitive absorption, so this supplement will be good for potentially filling in that gap that I have created for myself.Pills are nice and small, easy to swallow.

Small, easy to swallow cap. Unknown if any benefit but this is the fourth type of zinc supplement I’ve purchased and the first that didn’t make me feel like I was going to throw up so I’m happy with it

No nausea
I’m a fan of Thorne products. I like the quality and the results. After a good bit of research, I decided to try Thorne Zinc. I’ve tried other brands of zinc and felt nauseous after taking them. Not with these. I’ve liked all of the Thorne products I’ve tried and have several in my supplement line-up.
