Eh has its pros and cons
I give it 3 stars because it does have good with it and helps improve your immune system. The only downside is that it can delay/skip your period. My periods have always been on time so I only took this just for ph and immune support. But ever since taking this my periods have been delayed and skipped. I will just say if your periods are always on time just be aware of this one side effect.
