Awesome product
Okay, I did not expect this little breathing trainer to be such a vibe! I use it before raves and for my normal workouts, and it seriously helps my stamina and breathing control. No more getting winded dancing or lifting. It’s cute, fits in my bag, and low-key makes me feel like a badass when I use it. I even get way less tired looking for my friends halfway through the rave. Total game changer for fitness and festival nights. 5/5

Best Breathing Trainer I’ve Tried By Far
I’m really into fitness and I’ve tried a couple of different breathing trainers before, but this one is honestly on another level. The first thing I noticed was how solid it feels, nothing cheap about it. After using it for a bit, I can actually feel my lungs getting stronger. I’m lasting longer on cardio and I don’t get winded as quickly during my lifts, which is crazy.The resistance settings are easy to mess with, so I can use it whether I’m doing longer workouts or just quick breathing sessions. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference something like this would actually make, but it’s legit. If you work out regularly and want to improve endurance, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Noticeable difference in my workouts.
This device has helped me a lot with stamina. After using it for a bit I’ve noticed my lifts feel easier and I don’t gas out like I used to. It’s a simple tool but surprisingly effective, and I can really feel the difference in my training. Definitely worth adding to your routine if you’re looking for an edge at the gym.

Getting Rid of My Animals Was Not An Option for Me
Being out of shape lately plus living with several cats and dogs for me meant trouble breathing and sleeping at night. I knew I needed to do something. Losing weight is going to take some time and dedicating a couple hours a day to working out. I thought I’d try strengthening my lungs in parallel and this has within days made my breathing noticeably easier and my sleep quality much better. I know this is helping me work out harder so hopefully I’ll lose some weight faster now.If you have animals and have trouble breathing/sleeping, I’d recommend to try strengthening your lungs. This has been working for me.I got the green camo one. It’s really cool and stylish. It’s easy to clean, and so easy to use and adjust the intensity level. The range of intensity is nice from very easy to very difficult so it gives you lots of room to grow and strengthen your lungs.

Amazing quality
This breathing trainer really does make my workouts and recovery sessions feel more effective.
