Love it , works great.
Who knew finding an ice pack would be so challenging. Amazon must think I’m a freak.8 returns later I found one that covers my entire surgical area fully , has enough gel in the pack, flexible when frozen , and stays cold for 20 minutes and refreezes in a few hrs for reuse. This showed up at my door at 5 PM, at 7 PM It was on my arm and lasted 45minutes.It works so well I ordered a second one

Versatile and long-lasting for recovery, headaches, and everyday use
I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing. They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere.I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps.I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

Works So Well I Bought a Second One
I originally bought this for one wrist, and it ended up being such a game-changer that I ordered another for my other hand. The wrap stays cold for a decent time, fits comfortably, and actually stays in place. The gel is flexible even when chilled, which makes it easy to keep the cold exactly where you need it.It’s great for wrist pain, inflammation, or just calming things down after a long day on the computer. I’ve also warmed it up to try the heat option, and it works just as well. Very soothing either way.Pros:• Stays cold for a while• Comfortable and secure fit• Flexible gel pack• Works for both hot and cold therapy• So good I bought a second oneCons:• None so far — it does exactly what it claimsHighly recommend if you deal with wrist pain or want something that actually stays put while you move around.

Work well, love the flexibility and cloth covering
These are really nice – they are covered with a soft material so you don’t necessarily need to wrap your ice in a paper towel or towel. They remain flexible when cold so you can wrap them around wherever you need. I used them stuffed into an ace bandage wrapped around my head after oral surgery, and also used the to wrap around my sore knee. I took off one star because they don’t stay cold long enough.

Best hot/cold pack
Since they’re like a moisture wicking cloth material, there’s no need to have to wrap it in a towel like other ice packs. You can also use them warm. Great for all your aches and pains! They’re small enough you can take them with you on the go. Light weight and can flexible enough you can wrap them on to any part of your body.

Works great!
Bought these for my daughter who has POTS and is extra sensitive to heat for a July trip to DisneyWorld. They worked out great – kept them in the freezer in the hotel room at night and in an insulated lunch bag in the parks till we needed them. Having two inserts is great so you can switch them out as one looses the cooling effect. And the cover works great to keep it in place on the back of the neck but it’s convenient to hold against your face as well.

Exactly what I was searching for
I looked a long time for reusable ice packs, and finally found what I was looking for in this set. They do not get so hard in the freezer that you can’t use them on an injury, and they stay cold a long time. The fabric is a good quality, soft but durable. Good size. Recommended by my family.

Leakage/durability
Worked great when new. Purchased in May of 2025 by November of 2025 they were starting to split at the seams and all the goop started coming out. This happened with every one. They are good for short term use I guess. But I use icepacks nightly because I sleep warm and they help reduce morning headaches when I wake up. I will not be purchasing again and try to find some that hold up better because this is the second time purchased in less than two years and all of them in the pack for both purchases have leaked after a few uses.

I purchased these to ice my knees and they are perfect. They are much nicer to use than a dollar store version ice pack. No watery packs anymore! The covering is very comfortable.

They hold up reheating in microwaveIf you bundle under cover, they hold the heat.Cold is better frozen first.Worked great for oral surgery with so much swelling. Wrapping perfectly under jaw.Shoulder is great too. Perfect weight to avoid sliding

Fantastic ice packs, don’t take up a lot of space in the freezer, last around an hour. Have been great when dealing with sciatica flare-ups.
Amazon Customer –
Bought these for ice therapy after hip replacement. Excellent buy. Strong and enough to allow one or two to freeze while others in use.Would recommend – especially to post op care patients

These ice packs are well made and hold there temps well past what I need. I had bi-lateral hip surgery recently and ice is my friend. My physio folks recommend no more than 20-30 minutes at a time with ice. At the end of 30 minutes they are still nice and cold. Do they hold up? I’m easily 250lbs and I’m generally sitting on them, if they can handle a porker like me, they are heavy duty. They also stay very plyable when frozen. Don’t be afraid to purchase.
