Good choice
It works like a charm for me. I take two before bed and after a couple of weeks taking it I can definitely notice my sleep pattern improving, I wake up less times and I fall asleep much faster. It also helps with muscle recovery so I don’t have that restless feeling after a workout.

Great option for pure magnesium
This magnesium is the only truly pure one I’ve found. It’s a little pricey, but I think well worth it. It can help with leg cramps or restless legs, possibly with digestion and regularity, and definitely helps sleep. It comes in a nice-sized bottle and is a clean product.
