So awesome!
I LOVE this mat. Ok, so it takes some getting used to, but man do I feel incredible after 20 minutes on it! It takes away aches and pains and helps me sleep better. I’ve gotten 3 for friends already!

Great Product! Perfect for yoga and pain relief!
This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

Love my mat
I love this accupressure mat. I use it everyday. It has helped my back tremendously. It relaxes me but yet gives me energy after I get off it. I lay on it for 45+ minutes at a time. I do wish the spikes were sharper, I seem immune to the initial pain already. This is a good value, I bought the used in like new condition and it came in the original box and packaging. Never opened! Very pleased with this purchase.

Better than expected! Love the pillow
Very nice. Pretty durable. Loved the shape of the bigger pillow. I use it between my legs when sleeping or under my head and shoulders. Haven’t used the mat, but I’ve used others. Definitely better quality. Harder to get back in the bag. Good value.

Great For Muscle Related Back Pain
Really love this set. It takes getting use to but once one has, it’s really works at paiabatement. The pillow is great for my back when sitting in a chair or even better, when driving for any length of time. I use the mat on my bed to help getting my back pain under control. So far, this set has proven to be very durable.

Even my skeptical husband loves it
Takes some getting used to, but as my husband put it “I have no clue how it works, but this really works.” This mat is great and relieves numbness in my hips and back. I feel significantly better after just 5 minutes of laying on it. My very skeptical husband who whines about stiffness and tension tried it and I now have to fight him for time to use it. I think it is worth every penny.

Hurts so good
I’m very happy with this mat. I was deciding between the prana mat and this ‘knock off’. I figured I’d try it out first and spend a fraction of the price on this one. It’s now a daily ritual. I lay to clear my head in the afternoon and again before bed- I’ve even fell asleep on it! It helps with inflammation and sets you up for a restful nights sleep.

I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

I’m confused – I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??
