Efficient enough, affordable
I absolutely love it!I keep it in the bathroom near the sink to start my every morning with right pressure on my feet.Besides, whenever I go take a shower I put the pad inside the shower room to protect my feet from icy cold floor in there.I might need a harder pad in the future but so far this one works just fine for my untrained and pampered feet.So thank you for the affordable yet efficient product!

I would give this three and a half stars.I was looking for something a bit more intense and this is pretty gentle.However this does apply some pressure and will work until I can find another firmer mat.

Order showed up quickly. I unrolled it and stepped on it moving back and forth across the mat until the pain from the trigger points subsided. Sweet relief! I use it every evening now as soon as I remove my shoes and upon waking if needed.

Hard enough and soft enough
Hard enough to release the trigger points in your feet and soft enough that you can use it without pain. Put this on carpet or concrete, use socks or bare feet. This will make it softer or harder.

I thought it would be longer than it was but that’s my fault for not reading the dimensions carefully.I’ve had it for a few months now and it doesn’t stay flat, still wants to curl up to its original wrap.It does release tension on my feet, especially my heels. I’m happy with the purchase but I would have liked a longer one to have at my desk.Color is neutral so fits perfectly in my space.

I brought the smaller size for storage but wish I’d got the larger so could walk on the mat a bit more, im following some good suggestions from other reviews like standing on it when doing the washing up, brushing teeth etc. I really like this product. I have an acupressure mat for my back but like that I can use this whilst standing. I don’t have issues with my feet, purchased for relaxation and it works for me 🙂 pleased I got it.
