I love hyaluronic acid capsules. I’ve used a few different brands. It can take about a month or so to see a difference, but they really help with hydration and making your skin look more plump. I’ve noticed a big difference taking these and also using the sun warrior vegan collagen protein, which also has hyaluronic acid. Between taking one of these capsules and the protein mix once per day, it’s made a big difference for my skin. Taking both of these gives me about the same dosage that’s been used in experiments (according to the studies that I’ve read on the NIH website).

Nice to Have on My Daily Table!!
Feeling better after starting daily Hyaluronic Acid, not as much irritation and inflammation in my sensitive tissue areas. Less vaginal dryness and bladder irritation. Keeping my sensitive areas in a good condition was my goal for using this supplement. Urinary pain from an imbalance in the PH of my body chemistry was uncomfortable and burning and itching was uncomfortable. Now everything is calm. A noticeable difference makes me happy!! Nutrients products have been my preferred brand for most of my supplements. Quality seems to be consistent.

Helped rid me of joint pain!!
I’ve been taking these hyloronic acid pills since end of May, I started taking them for my skin but they ended up working onmy joint pains I had been suffering from in my fingers and elbows, after about a month of taking 1 pill (100 mg) one day and 2 pills (200 mg) the next (every other day) I noticed my joints were no longer bothering me, a complete and happy surprise!! Its now August, I still do the every other day of 100 mg then 200 mg the next and my joints are still feeling no pain and well Im not sure if my skin is any more hydrated or not but I will continue taking these as I dont want to risk my joint pain returning and hopefully it will help build up the HA in my body so I can my joints stay lubricated in the future and still hoping my skin will reap the hydrating benefits in time! They are priced well!

I can finally live in my skin!
I love Nutricost’s Hyaluronic Acid powder, so decided to try their capsules. I have had very dry skin since birth and have spent 70 years looking for something to make it feel better. I am happy to report that Nutricost’s capsules and powder Hyaluronic Acid are that something. I plan to never be without them. My skin has finally become livable. Long time coming and I am so grateful.

Good value and I have found them a nice addition to my supplements. Helps as part of overall treatment for joint and disc pain but I can’t speak to how they would world as a solo treatment

I noticed a lessening of pain in joint areas appx. two weeks after starting hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic Acid Capsules
These caused bad acid reflux even with a large glass of water. I only took one butfeel awful burning mouth and chest and made me feel nauseous. Very disappointed andcant risk taking more of these. I dont recommend them.
