Not comfortable, overrated and not ideal
Not comfortable at all, and in fact somewhat painful. Although it puts your neck in an ideal position to assist with the curve and posture, etc., the metal pieces that are directly under your neck that create the pulsing are actually painful. It’s like a little needles going into you and stabbing you. The vibration is not pleasant. It is just not comfortable to lay on and have under your neck.

For someone who works long, hard days doing hands on blue collar work, this neck massager has been a total game changer! After a day of lifting, bending, and working with my hands, my neck and shoulders are usually tight and sore but this thing knocks the tension right out. Terrible quality
I’ve used it once. The heat doesn’t turn on, the magnets started falling off, and it worked for maybe 5 minutes before the charge ran out. That said, it felt good…Sadly, I feel ripped off.

Helps loosen my neck
Love this neck massager! I have very bad neck and shoulders and this massager has helped tremendously! It has several different vibration levels and the heat feels wonderful on this stiff neck! It helps loosen me up. I like to use it when I wake up and before bed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this neck massager really helped relieve my whiplash pain. At first, the sensation was a little strange but quickly became a soothing, gentle massage. After using it, I could pop my neck and felt much better.There are three heat settings; the highest was a bit too hot for me, but others might prefer it. The combination of heat, vibration, and pulses provides good relaxation after a long day.You can put a bit of water on the metal contact points adds a mild static sensation that seems to enhance the massage without discomfort.The ergonomic design fits well around the neck and shoulders. It’s lightweight, rechargeable, and easy to use at home or while traveling. My wife and I both enjoy it, and 15 minutes is enough to feel relief.The only downside is that my unit arrived used, which was disappointing. Please check your package before use it.Overall, I recommend it for gentle, daily neck relief.

Helped my neck tremendously, but malfunctioned after 3 uses.
I absolutely loved how this helped my neck! BUT: After the first few treatments, being fully charged, the motor started making a grinding noise, then slowed down then stopped. It would start up again, then do the same. Luckily, I am within 30 days and returning the neck massager. Maybe it was an isolated malfunction, but I coughed up the $139 to purchase the hugterra name brand. I highly recommend this massager, if, by chance, you get one that isn’t defective. The concept of stretch, heat, vibrating massage, and EMS (like a medical tens devise) is fabulous. The concept works… just not the particular unit I received.
