I have been using this for a while now. It helps me sleep and stay more asleep. It also helps with ham string cramps that I was getting at night after stocking in my job. It helps me relax my mind as well as camomile tea does after supper helps me get a good nights rest with both. The magnesium helps on its own as well if your not a tea drinker.

This magnesium supplement is a complete blend of glycinate, citrate, malate, and other highly bioavailable forms of magnedium. It’s chelated and purified so it absorbs well. It’s also non GMO. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks and have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality andI’ve noticed improved sleep quality and less muscle cramping and aches.
