Great scent and smooth skin
Awesome stuff. The oily texture feels fantastic as soon as you apply it. At first the scent is only slightly noticeable, but after showering, your skin feels exceptionally smooth and carries a delightful soft and sweet fragrance.

I absolutely love the L’OCCITANE shower oil! It lathers up so nicely and makes shaving so much smoother. My skin always feels soft and hydrated afterward. The scent is light and luxurious without being too strong. It’s definitely on the pricier side, so I mostly save it just for shaving, but it’s totally worth it. Definitely a product I’ll continue to buy!

It’s good, but not great.
So I got this rec off TikTok. So if you don’t like an almond/ marzipan smell this it not for you. However, I am a fan of the scent. I find it best lathers in your Korean/African net sponge with your water turned off. Get it wet and it lathers nice for the whole body. When I don’t use the sponge, I feel like each squirt gets my top or bottom. It does have a nice silky feel afterwards and nice for a first step in shaving. Previously I was using mineral oil, but not using that on my whole body. But I use this almond oil on my whole body and I feel way more smooth. It’s expensive for the amount you get. If I was on a budget, I would just continue to use mineral oil for pre shaving on legs and privates. But this is a nice luxury

the scent and lathering of this product is wonderful, the price…well, I only use this for special outings and would never be able to afford this on a daily or more regular basis.It has such a lovely scent (though i wish it lasted longer than a few hours), the quality is very nice, it dispenses easily with the pump, and it feels good on the skin but not sure how much it moisturizes as i have dry skin.Yes, I’m hooked, I will buy again but only when it’s on sale. Also, once you have the pump (or any pump for that matter), save yourself money and buy the refill when it’s on sale. 16 oz normally sells for $43, and I got it for $34 during prime days. Yes, I was a happy camper to catch that sale!

Buy it if it is on sale
Overall, I like this product. You don’t need to use a lot of it for a good amount of coverage. I use it after body wash but it cleanses and hydrates my skin well. I get really dry skin in the winter and it seems to help. The smell is strong right after the shower but wears off quickly and doesn’t leave you feeling oily. The only issue I have with this product is that if I use a lot of it, it kind of starts to smell like wet dog. I try to limit it to just my arms and legs because of this. If you can get this product on sale then I say it’s worth it. I probably won’t spend the money to buy it again after I run out. 7/10 for me.

A embalagem chegou muito danificada (é de um plástico muito fino e sofreu alguma pancada forte antes de ser embalada junto ss gargalo). Foi difícil recuperar todo o óleo para outro recipiente sem desperdício considerável. Contudo, o Huile de D’Amande é extraordináriamente confortável, perfeito para o duche e com um perfume de amêndoa delicioso, que permanece agradavelmente na pele, que fica macia e hidratada. Para mim, é indispensável.
