Hard cover front and back, just toss it in the bag. Good weighted pages and a ToC for organization
I needed a journal for taking random notes throughout the day. I appreciate the hardcover on the front and back, it gives me the opportunity to just toss it in my bag without fear of damaging the paper inside. The paper weight of each page is good, a little bit more than standard copy paper, which is good for front and back writing.I found that flipping between pages was smooth and maximized space for writing given the A5 size of the journal itself. The paper is not pages are not pure white (little bit yellowish tint) which is better on the eyes as I’m writing. There is an elastic band like most journals that will allow me to keep quickly return to where I last left off.This journal happens to include a table of contents, 3 pages of it, for additional organization. Of the 140 pages, is the cover page and journal included, or is it 144 pages total. I wouldn’t know because the footer of each notes page has a Page ___. I can see where this provides flexibility (i.e. if you want to use your own indexing system), but I would have preferred pre-printed numbers, even if it were small.

Quality cover, which is good and thick, and pages that don’t rip and the pen ink doesn’t soak through the pages.It has a nice content section so you can keep track of what is the notebook early.The design on the cover is just as pictured, beautiful and calming colors .The band to keep the notebook closed so it doesn’t open up and ruin the pages or you can use it when you are doing School or anything else to keep your shot. Is useful for many thingsI am using it for my schooling right now and it helps to keep everything organized.
