Best Cold Pack EverWorth the money! Buy 2!Chronically ill person, female, 50+, menopausal, prone to migraines and Vaso-Vagal syncope, Fibromyalgia.This pack is awesome. Stays cold for over an hour. Doesn’t “sweat”, or leak. Comfortable sherpa covering, no pillowcase cover needed. Perfect size. Flexible. Nice storage bag. Doesn’t absorb smells from the freezer. Great for sleeping. Also good for injuries. Would buy again. Pretty color and well made. Sturdy.

I recently bought this for my 18 year old granddaughter who has a partially torn meniscus. She is crazy about the size, the flexibility and that it stays so cold. She loves the soft plush side she can put against her skin. Plus she was over-the-moon when she realized she could heat it in the microwave and use it as heat therapy on her shoulder!! Win win.

High quality gel pack
Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. This gel pack is high quality and made very well. I appreciate having the option of either nylon (for more intense cold/heat) or a softer plush side (for comfort). I have not used it for heat application so I can’t comment on that but in terms of retaining cold, it does an excellent job. The gel pack is thick while also being flexible enough to shape it around the contours of a joint, such as a knee or elbow. It comes in a plastic sheath to protect it when freezing and also comes with a separate storage bag. I am docking one star because the top of my storage bag has threads that are pulling away from the seams and I will need to reinforce the stitching – but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the gel pack itself.I have purchased a number of different gel packs from other brands and have found Sherpa to be superior in terms of cold retention and quality. It appears to be something that will last for years to come.I will be purchasing other items in different sizes from this brand.

This is a great and sturdy ice pack. I’m using it more for cooling than an injury but it’s clear it would work well for both. It stays cold for quite awhile while.If you’re planning on using it to stay cool, I recommend you get one to see if you like it, and if so, get a second. Unlike for injuries where you should remove the ice pack after 15-20 minutes and if you put it back in the freezer it will stay cold well for that pretty use much forever.If you’re using it for cooling, if you’re like me, you’ll keep it on until it looses all cool. Since it will take a couple of few hours to freeze again, buy a second one so you can alternate between two.Pros: stays cold a fairly long time, very sturdy, great for cooling. The fleece side is nice against bare skin.Cons: don’t let the fleece side touch the ice cubes in the bin in your freezer or I guarantee the ice will stick and not come off until it melts and the ice pack warms up. Ask me how I know… 😘

Excellent product
As advertised, it stays frozen yet is flexible and folds in the freezer, refreezes quickly, and the plush side keeps body from getting wet. The large size wraps and conforms easily around my thigh. Comes with a zip bag when placing in the freezer, so it stays clean. Great product.

Well made works wonderful
It’s a great size well made velvet on one side so you don’t need to wrap it up with the towel it also stays cold for a long time well worth it used it for after full knee replacement and it also has weight to it so it’s not slipping and sliding it has flexibility to where you can fold it. I’ll be purchasing the bigger size well worth the price I truly recommend it well worth your money
