This is the best magnesium I’ve used. I’ve tried six other types and so far this only one pill goes down really easy with some water and it works. I don’t get night cramps and I sleep better.

I know I need magnesium. I take it before going to bed because it helps me sleep. This is always the brand I use and was recommended by my chiropractor

Just what the Doctor Ordered
Troubled with the inability to sleep through the entire night, our doctor suggested this product. As she predicted it has helped achieve our primary objective although it has been our experience that it is best used more occasionally than regularly. For some reason the potency seems to fade if used a second night in a row. Its primary benefit is providing a good night’s sleep and trusting one’s body will take the hint!

Several different types of magnesium. This combination does it for me. It relaxes my muscles, relieves night-time cramps in my legs, and keeps me regular. I have tried others, but nothing works as well as this for my issues.
