Great product!
Great product just wish I could get a year supply for cheaper. These definitely helped me with motivation, sleep, staying clear headed and thinking more clearly. You probably wont notice right away but I promise after a week of taking them everyday you’ll notice a change. Not sure wants wrong with me but I’ve always had trouble keeping a good sleeping schedual these seemed to keep me on a almost perfect schedule sleeping about 7-8 hours at the same time every night waking right up in the morning. I never dream normally and I noticed I was dreaming almost every night. I tend to not have the best dreams so i don’t like that so much but I know it means I’m getting a good rest in full REM. As far as thinking more clearly I noticed just with talking with friends I had less anxiety and felt more relaxed and less likely to jump around in my conversations like I normally do. I stayed on track. Plus all the other benefits of these mushrooms. Absolutely love! As I said before I just wish I could get more for cheaper, but honestly the prices seem fair especially considering the benefits. Will definitely be buying more and happily giving my body and mind what they deserve. Thank you !

I started these back in November they have helped with my pain. They are easy to swallow. There is large quantity of different mushrooms. Compare to another brand that I have tried.

A skeptic turned believer
I’ve suffered with immune system problems for most of my life. It’s been said about me that all it takes to get me sick is for someone to sneeze in the next town over. When I first decided to try it, I had been dealing with a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis and had taken a full course of antibiotics. I am a very skeptical person by nature and so went into this with my eyes open….and was surprised to find that I started improving almost immediately. I took the 30 count over the course of 15 days, during which I noticed a marked difference in not only my symptoms, but my chronic pain as well! Believing it might be the Placebo Effect, I tried another 15 days without it. During that time, my son brought home a new strain of the flu, which I acquired immediately. Three days later, I was in bad enough shape that I figured I would just order a little early and start taking them anyway. My immune system wasn’t responding to the flu at all and I was incredibly sick, with my oxygen levels hovering in the mid 80s. Within 12 hours of taking my first capsule, my immune system kicked into overdrive and initiated the biggest mucus purge this side of Mucinex HQ. After several hours of rather forceful coughing, I got enough mucus out to bring my oxygen back to 99. My fever was gone on its own within 24 hours and I’ve felt consistent improvement every day. Not to mention, my chronic nerve pain has been better (usually worse when sick) and I have much more mental clarity than previously. While I’m still a skeptic, I’m willing to accept that SOMETHING in this supplement is helping me in a very positive way. When you suffer with health problems like I do, anything that makes it easier on you worth every penny.

I wish it didn’t have cordyceps
It is a high quality product, but for people trying to treat or prevent cancer or other serious diseases with high doses of mushrooms, the formulation is problematic due to the cordyceps. It is too stimulating for high dose consumption.I am trying to find a replacement for a product RM10 that was my go-to for myself and my clients. It seems to be off the market, and while the quality of Host Defense is excellent, it just doesn’t suit my purpose. I can only tolerate abt 1 capsule per day bc the cordyceps is so activating.If the manufacturer is reading, I am a holistic physician and would love to see a similar formulation without cordyceps. Thanks!!
