Great way to track your habits
I am not a person who is good at keeping track of how long I have been doing something. I usually just start and then I’m like wait how long have I been doing this. Like for example I have been going to the gym regularly but I cannot tell you exactly how long. Which is why I got this habit tracker to keep track of all my new positive habits like going to the gym. And I absolutely love it. It is a daily tracker and for every month you have ten numbered slots and two extra you can fill in. At the bottom you also have a space for weekly and monthly habits. And a small note section. My only con is that I wish it had more daily slots. I use this for my daily study session as well so I can I could use a few more slots. My study sessions take up a lot of space. But anyway now I know exactly how long I have been doing something. And I can keep track of if I miss a day and how consistent I am.
