These have truly helped me to manage stress when taken on a regular basis. I sleep better and function better during the day. They’ll be on subscribe and save until I have no more life stress =PI did an unintentional experiment where I didn’t take them while sick with stomach issues. After a few days (after I got better), I noticed that stress was piling up. I started taking them again, and I’m feeling more solid now. Just fyi: I don’t take the recommended dosage; I only need one per night.

Single bottle blues
I love the Goli brand Ashwagandha gummies. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I would give them 5 stars but I have an issue with the single bottle they sell. If you buy the double pack, they are the freshest gummies. You buy the single jar and you can tell they are old. They are more dried out on the outside. Sometimes I’ve actually had crunchy bits in them. NEVER with the double pack though. So far everytime with the single pack. Sometimes my money is tight and I can’t buy the double and that’s why I go for the cheaper single bottle. Very upsetting.

Miracle for peri-menopause
I just realized how much these Ashwagandha gummies have been helping my peri-menopause hormones 🤯. I’ve been taking it for two months and I just realized that I barely have to take sepia (homeopathic remedy that helps a lot with acute symptoms) anymore, except for the odd moment where I get overwhelmed, which is rare and much much less intense than it used to be. My moods are no longer fluctuating every day like crazy, hot flashes have all but disappeared, dryness issue has improved a lot. Nausea is gone, intense headaches are rare. And the period I just had was the easiest I’ve ever experienced – very little pms and ZERO cramping. I take them every night before bed and they also help me sleep better. You need two bottles for a month supply, which is about how long it takes to start seeing some results. What a miracle!

Honestly awful. Tastes is grim and covered in some slimy residue. Idea of gummies is to be convenient and tasty way of consuming supplements. They are neither of those.

DAMAGED GOOD. The vitamin gummies arrived in a crushed bottle and the protective seal inside the cap was already open. As a result, I can’t get my money back or even a replacement, these gummies (and my money) will go to waste as I do not feel safe consuming this in case it was tampered with. Really unsatisfied.
