Decent, not my taste
This tea (turmeric, ginger, cinnamon) is pretty decent. Smells good, brews up nicely. I wish I could taste the ginger a bit more. The teabags are well made, they don’t fall apart or anything like that. There is a lot of very fine sediment that comes out – fine enough to see but not contribute any mouth feel. Bags are evenly filled.

Seems to have increased my appetite, but without weight gain.
What I’ve notice the most since taking it is that my appetite seems to have increased, but without causing me to gain any weight, which could be an indicator that it is helping with metabolism (which is typically very sluggish for me). My gut has also seemed to be more settled than usual, which could be attributed to the probiotics and prebiotics.The serving size is only one, which is nice, and the capsule is easy to get down. So far, I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from this supplement.My only issue with it, is that the bottle says “Lot, MFG and EXP date can be found on the bottom of the bottle”, however, the MFG date is not shown–only the Lot # and EXP date (which is almost a year and half from the time received.) Misrepresentations or inconsistencies like this bother me because it calls into question the integrity of the company–just don’t claim it’s there if it’s not.
