This faux fur blanket totally exceeded my expectations. The checkered design looks beautiful on the sofa and gives a cozy touch to the living room. The texture is ultra soft, with that thick plush effect that immediately envelops you and makes you want to stay there all day. In addition, it has a double-sided, so no matter how you accommodate it, it always looks pretty.The quality feels luxurious: it doesn’t release lint, it doesn’t smell weird when taking it out of the packaging and keeps the heat very well without being too heavy. It is perfect for watching movies, reading or just relaxing.

Presentation could be SIGNIFICANTLY improved
For $100 (at time of review, potentially less $20 coupon if still available), this should be a high-end experience from beginning to end. It’s nicely boxed, but inside that box you’ve got a vacuum-packed situation that screams budget, and if you take it out of the vacuum bag so that it’s nicely fluffed when presented as a gift, it no longer fits in the box for gift wrapping. I have no objection to vacuum wrapping for transport (well – at this price point, maybe, because again it should not feel cheap and plastic wrapping absolutely does), but in this case they may as well not have provided the gift box. The blanket itself seems fine once you get past the budget unboxing experience, probably as nice as you’d find at other retailers, perhaps with brand names, but you’d also likely do as well price-wise catching those on sale anyway, without the vacuum wrapping and wasted box.

Very soft blanket
Super soft blanket on both sides. One side is as pictured on the listing’s main image and the other side is a plush off white that is super soft and warm. It’s nice and big and makes a great blanket for either the couch or a bed.
