GENTLE & EFFECTIVE!
I am very pleased with this product.It is quite effective, while also gentle acting. So many are effective, but way too harsh!I put it in my water first thing in the morning; there is no grit or taste.I’m grateful to have found this wonderful formulation!I just set it up on ‘Subscribe & Save’.

Worked for me for SIBO recovery.
I had a full shut down of my gi tract due to SIBO. Once I went through a few courses of antibiotics for the various pathogens over a few months I needed to get my gut moving again. This product has been amazing. I’m on a very limited diet but I can mix a scoop of this into buckwheat cereal or white rice with each meal and do it 3x a day. I went from a BM every 5-7 bloated days to once every day or so and with a lot of ease and little urgency. Super gentle. Takes a day or two to really get started but then stays pretty regular. Oh. I was advised not to start this until the pathogens were cleared as it could feed them, but immediately following the last course I started right up to keep things clear and prevent build up. It’s been a couple months of no regularity issues while I retrain my gut to digest regular food.

By all means, not a terrible supplement.I am sure this would REALLY help someone.For me? Just decent.I found 2′-FL, arabinogalactan, and psyllium husk more beneficial for their price.

I add this to my coffee and it keeps me regular. No stomach upset and it is very effective. It’s the best I’ve used out of 10 other probiotics I have used. This is the first one that worked.

Wish I found this a long time ago!!
I have only used this in my coffee so far, so I don’t know how it tastes in other beverages, but I have never tasted any difference even putting a full scoop into my coffee. It does help with motility for me, which is why I got it. It dissolves easily, and honestly there is nothing I have to complain about.
