Effective for one habit
This works great for me for one habit. I have ADHD and this has helped me meditate everyday for 4 weeks so far. I usually have a very hard time doing something everyday, but I dread missing a sticker, and I look forward to putting the colorful stickers on.Product feels good qualityNot sure how useful it is for a few habits, and you can’t use both the multi habit one and the keystone one at the same time because there’s one frame.Others might find it silly but if you think the visual reminder is helpful for you, get it

Not worth the money if using for multiple habits
I was really excited for this product going into the new year as I’m looking to track a few new healthy habits. However, the cool circular stickers that I was planning on using are only compatible with the “one keystone habit” template…which is not conducive to tracking more than one habit. If you’re looking to track multiple habits, you’re better off creating your own matrix or table template in PowerPoint and using a marker because that’s basically what this is…

Love having something visual to see every day to track a habit I’m working on
I’m a visual person and like having something I can see every day that will show the progress of a new habit I’m working on. So when I saw this habit tracker I knew I wanted it!It’s easy to put together. The paper quality is great. I like that the stickers are different colors. It comes with a little pamphlet – essential habits – that shares the 10 laws of behavior change and some journal prompts. It also includes a QR code you can scan and get a free e-book that tells you more about the 10 laws of behavior change. When I downloaded the ebook I also downloaded some tracking templates in case I want to print and use those.I numbered each of the circles on the tracker so I will know how many days I’ve stuck with the habit I’m currently working on. I also crossed out, at the very top of the paper, the days of the week because I’m not starting on a Sunday, but a Monday. As much as I love the tracker, what I love more is the pamphlet it came with. I’ve done habit tracking before but they never shared about the laws of behavior change and what it takes to make a behavior change/habit stick, etc. So having this and some journal prompts is going to make this even more beneficial.I would recommend this to anybody looking to focus on making ONE change, tracking ONE thing, for 70 days! And then at the end of 70 days it recommends doing a check-in and reflection and deciding if it’s time to move on to another habit or if you should think about working on this habit for another 70 days of tracking.

It’s effective.
I’m ADHD and a huge procrastinator, which I’m not proud of, but that’s me. I’m trying my best to change my words because I do believe that words create your thoughts and thoughts create your world. I believe I can be and do better. I got this to keep me on track with something that I’ve been working on for quite some time. I keep stopping because I either get distracted or burned out though. This works. At least for me.It’s funny how this poster is keeping me accountable. I have it hanging directly above my work station and love how it looks. I think the reason why it’s helping me is this: I’m also a perfectionist (trying not to be) so it kills me to miss a sticker. If even a tiny part of you is considering this, I think it’d be worth a try.

Missing parts
I’m missing the frame. I didn’t realize it until now after I tacked it to the wall and I remembered that the booklet mentioned a ‘magnetic frame’. I was so confused until I realized I never got said frame.

Good idea and product, could use a little more polish and giftability
When I first took the box out of the box, I had low expectations — it’s just a plain brown box with a barcode label stuck on. Opening up is similarly underwhelming: stickers sort of messily bundled together, a few pieces of wood (which I swear has to be mesquite – it smells like mesquite but why would you use mesquite wood for this?)…Ignoring the presentation, the practicalities of this are good. The paper is good weight and the printing is excellent. The corners are even rounded which is a nice touch if you want to keep your pages as mementos. There are 4 pieces of wood with embedded magnets, you just clamp two on top (including the one with the hanging string) and two on the bottom… and you’re good to start stickin’.Pros:+ product itself, once assembled, is attractive+ paper and components are high quality+ includes 4 pages, and they’re printed on both sides — so you get 8 pages of changes!Cons:- packaging is non-existent making this not a great gift even if you want to nudge someone toward their best self- might make you want bbq chips (the scent isn’t very strong unless you keep smelling it like I do for some reason)

Awesome tracker
This is a fun and modern habit tracker. It is very easy on the eye. The wooden frame can easily fit into your decor. The stickers are neutral to pair with. The tracker is visibly appealing so it pulls you into wanting to use it. It is satisfying to add stickers to the chart and watch it fill up. Seeing blanks spots on the chart encourage you to fill it up and stay on track. The frame is magnetic so it is easy to flip the tracker over to the blank side or add a new page. Overall, this is such a unique way to create good habits.
