Customer Review –
Excellent flavor and easy blending
I’ve been using the Enzymedica Let’s Go Fiber in the tropical flavor for a while now.First thing I will say is that this is actually quite helpful. I really like the tropical flavor because it doesn’t taste artificial. It actually is quite nice and really does help me with my digestion. The powder appears to be of good quality and this is my first time using this particular brand.Compared to some of the other fiber options I’ve used, I think that because of the amount of product you get, you get good value for money.I find it very easy to mix and when I’m feeling particularly lazy I just throw it into my blender and have the blender do all the work. Otherwise, vigorous stirring with a spoon is completely fine and it works quite well.

Good
Great taste, easily dissolved, that’s what it’s supposed to do

Meh
It smells like cat pee. No matter how much I stir there is always a clump left in the bottom of the cup (which has an intense artificial sweetener taste). It tastes fine when drinking the liquid and seems to do it’s job. So I’m meh…

Excellent supplement for gut and stomach health!
I’m familiar with the Enzymedica brand from their Digestive Gold supplement, which my dad has been using for years to great effect, helping him with any post-meal indigestion he often times gets after a big meal, so I had high expectations for this fiber supplement.First off, I liked the tropical flavor more than I expected. It tastes like a mild pineapple-mango drink rather than your typical, usually very gritty, fiber supplement. I find that it mixes easily in even cold water without clumping, though you do need to drink it quickly before it starts to thicken. The ingredient list is also great, with a mixture of prebiotics and postbiotics to accompany the fiber. I find that its been very effective when I’ve been dealing with occasional constipation or after a heavy or oily meal.At under $20 for 30 servings, I think the value here is great. You’re getting a high quality fiber supplement from an established brand, and I’d recommend this to anyone trying to improve their gut health without having to choke

Fiber that is very much an improvement on many other ways to ‘enjoy’ it!
For years, my relationship with fiber supplements has been, to put it mildly, strained. It was a necessary evil. I knew I needed to close that infamous “fiber gap,” and my digestive system often sent me not-so-subtle reminders. But every attempt felt like a compromise. I’ve tried using powders from supermarkets that were tasteless and clumped at the bottom of my cup. I tried pills, but I had to take about six of them to get a decent serving of fiber. When I started looking at Colace and thinking I might have to resort to that, I knew I was in trouble. So, when I stumbled upon Let’s Go Fiber+ Tropical by Enzymedica, my skepticism was on high alert. The description was ambitious: “microbiome food,” a “trio of pre, pro, and postbiotics,” and a “smooth tropical flavor you’ll crave.” It sounded less like a supplement and more like a complete gut health overhaul in a glass. I decided to give it one more shot. The first test came the moment I opened the container. Instead of that bland, vaguely medicinal smell, I was met with a light, pleasant tropical scent. Promising. I scooped a serving into a glass of cold water, bracing myself for the vigorous, clumpy stirring battle I knew so well. It did take some time to stir it in fully, leaving the water slightly cloudy but with no sediment, no floating clumps, and no gritty residue clinging to the glass. The second test: adding whey protein to a drink and the fiber. It required more stirring until I just gave up and got my protein shaker out. It took longer to combine than if I just used the whey protein. I was cool with that. Then came the taste test. I took a sip, expecting either a chemical-heavy punch Instead, it was surprisingly subtle and genuinely refreshing. It wasn’t a sugary juice; it was like water infused with a hint of natural pineapple and mango. It truly tasted like a clean, light vacation-inspired drink, not a fiber supplement in disguise. The fact that it was sugar-free and didn’t use sugar alcohols was a huge plus, as those often cause their own brand of digestive upset for me. After I made the discovery, I decided to start turning into a non-alcoholic bartender: adding it to slushies. Adding lemon juice. Both. I even put some in my diet cranberry juice so I wouldn’t have to take my daily cranberry supplements. It was wonderful! The one reason I didn’t give this five stars is that it really does take some stirring to get this dissolved. The soluble fiber I get at the supermarket that’s flavorless is slower to dissolve, but I suppose I can’t expect miracles. I’m just glad it tastes good and not obviously like I was taking name brand fiber. I didn’t have to reach for the celery and start eating a bunch of stalks a day! What great news!I do think that it would be more attractive to me at a lower price though. You may agree, you may disagree. Your mileage may vary. But I do have until 2027 to find ways to use this stuff. I think I’ll finish it up far before then.

tastes good and works well
This fiber mix is effective in improving digestion and regularity. I really like that it is a complete package, containing pre/pro/postbiotics. Usually a supplement only contains one of the above, not all three, so this supplement effectively takes the place of three separate supplements. The mix has a nice fruity taste. Make sure you start stirring as soon as the powder hits water, as it clumps up quickly. It mixes into cold water fairly easily as long as you are quick to stir it up and don’t let it sit in the water.

It’s okay
For a powder it has a decent amount of fiber, but it does not mix well no matter if the water is warm or cold.

More fiber!
This fiber powder has been a gentle and effective addition to my daily routine. The strawberry and kiwi flavor is surprisingly pleasant and not at all chalky. It mixes easily into water or a smoothie without clumping up. I like that it is sugar free and includes prebiotics and probiotics. It has definitely helped me feel more regular without any uncomfortable bloating. The single serving packets are convenient for taking with me when I travel. It is a simple way to ensure I am getting enough fiber each day at a reasonable price.
