Helps track stress and recovery with quick results
I ordered this to get a better picture of my stress levels without making a lab appointment. The kit is easy to use. Warming the area before using the micro tap made the draw quick and almost painless. Everything was included, the packaging kept the sample secure, and the prepaid mailer made return shipping simple. Start to finish, the process took about 10 minutes.My results arrived fast. Getting cortisol, DHEA-S, and the ratio between them helped me understand my daily stress patterns in a way a single number cannot. easy to follow their directions to collect sample
I’m curious to see if Cortisol and/or DHEA is a cause for my symptoms. This kit comes with everything you need, including the band-aid like bandage. There are great instructions to follow. It is easy to use, even for someone who is not medical like my family. They were able to understand how to perform the collection. It was painless and relatively quick to fill the vial. I like that they include a hot pack to use before the actual blood draw to get your blood “moving” and ensure success. It’s simple to put in the UPS envelope so it is ready to send to the lab. The lab is in California. You need to register either with a mail-in card OR online OR through their app. They say it takes a few days to get the results.

Great blood test option
This blood test is the easiest and fastest thing you could do to test your blood. You clean the area, apply the heat pack provided, attach the blood collection unit. Wait for the blood to fill the vile. Remove and put the cap on and ship out. I didn’t notice any pain involved with the Joan at all. This is such a high quality system and a great value for your money. Especially if you don’t have insurance and want to get some labs checked. It even just being to test what you want without a doctor visit involved. This is such an effective way to test many different labs. I can’t speak more higher of this item. I highly recommend.

Easy to use and quick results
This kit was very easy to use. Getting the blood sample was simple and did not require much blood, which I think is normal. It includes a prepaid label to send everything in, and I received my results by email in about a week. The whole process was basically painless as long as you follow the instructions. Now I know my cortisol levels, so it was worth it.
