I have to admit, I am not a leggings-wearer, I’m more comfortable in loungewear or jeans. However, when I started walking daily, it seemed leggings were the answer. On a whim, due to the many high marks Colorfulkoala got on Amazon (who the heck comes up with these weird product names, anyway?), as well as the great price ($18), I purchased 2 pair.WOW. Those other reviewers weren’t kidding! There’s a reason they get high marks – these leggings are FANTASTIC! 👍 Snug, but not constrictive. Smoothing, even. Easy on/off. A great matte black color. Just thick enough, opaque, with a very high denier. True ANKLE length without riding up or gapping at the ankle (I’m 5’8″ so this is important). They also wash well (in a mesh bag), and are SO AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE I almost forget I’m wearing them!For walking, stretching, yoga, whatever is “your thang” as far as exercise – or even just to wear to run around, which I now find myself doing a LOT while wearing these leggings – they won’t let you down. As a plus-size woman, I sized down slightly, because I’ve had bad experiences with “suggested sizing,” and I’m so glad I did. They fit perfectly.I live in the upper Midwest, this version is NOT fleece lined, so they’re probably not great for those really chilly days, but even into the upper 40s, these leggings work well. I also did not purchase the style with the thigh pocket, though next time around, I will probably purchase these leggings with pockets for convenience. Right now it’s still chilly enough that a coat pocket works great for phone and other items.These leggings are WELL worth the value, whether working out, or just out and about, you won’t regret it!

I love these! Ordered my first pair October 2024 and just bought 2 more pairs a year later. They ARE buttery soft, as stated by others. They do hold in my tummy (high rise). There’s a tiny pocket on the inside of you need to put a single key or credit card. What I really love is the extra material in the crotch area thru the inner thigh — it gives more space for us thick ladies (also, the seams are well stitched). I’m 5’7″, around 180 & I buy size XL (large may fit but didn’t want to chance it). In my eyes, these are a “dressier” pair of leggings.

Another great pair of leggings from ColorfulKoala! If you don’t know this brand just buy these in your normal size right now and thank me later! I own like 10 pairs of leggings from them including like 5 printed pairs, so when these new solid color ones came out promising the same fabric as the printed style, well, I had to have some! I needed a pair of basic grey anyway, and the “charcoal grey” is extremely comfortable, provides enough support without squeezing, is nice and high-waisted and looks awesome. They make me feel strong and confident honestly, and I’m usually really self conscious. I did my yoga/stretching/weights routine after washing these the first time and they performed great and I loved how I looked.To be totally honest I don’t know how exactly this fabric matches the printed fabric, and the reason is that I found some variation in the fabric in my printed pairs. For example, I love the “holiday print” ones I put a picture of in my review of those leggings, but the “pink snake print” ones I returned because the fabric didn’t seem nearly stretchy enough . So I think those 2 prints were on different fabrics. I might be wrong, of course, but I can happily report that these charcoal grey leggings are similar to the awesome printed ones I have (including the “pinkish camo” that I just bought) and the holiday print ones I just mentioned. I have my eye on the forest and smoky greens here, and I think the sapphire blue looks beautiful. Let’s face it, I’ll probably end up buying more pairs of these leggings because ColorfulKoala is tied for my favorite leggings brand here on Amazon, and I’m a total leggings addict. Sigh.By the way I don’t get anything for writing this review and I paid full price for these leggings. I’m a real person with a real job and life and am just trying to be helpful here on Amazon. I’m tired of fake/paid reviews and am trying to use my relatively high reviewer number to counter that awful trend. I work hard for not enough money so want to get every dollar’s worth here, and I hope I can help you do the same.
