Best pan I have ever used
Wow what a pan. Sturdy with see through lid. Heats evenly on my gas stove. Coating is very slick, non-stick, and easy to clean. Probably don’t need to, but I wipe the cooking surface with a light coating of olive oil. I am not disappointed. While this pan is on the upper price scale, I think the workmanship and functionality are worth the price.

Great skillet
The skillet is excellent — the instructions to preheat it, but only at medium, worked well for me. For my first use, I pan fried two boneless skinless chicken breasts and they were perfectly done – nothing stuck to the pan and they slipped right out. Cleaning was a breeze. One thing to note: The glass lid is much heavier than other glass lids I have for the same size skillet (AllClad, Lodge) and the handle is very low to the glass so you really need to be careful when picking up the hot lid so not to burn your fingers. But I love the skillet and the fact that there is no toxic coating.

Beautiful and great non stick performance
These nonstick pans have performed perfectly for all egg dishes, which is primarily why I bought them. The glass lids do not have a metal edge, so I store them away from other pots and pans. The glass lids are heavy and seem sturdy. They do get hot, but it is great to be able to see the contents of the pan. The stay-cool handle is also very comfortable to hold.

Another high quality product from Caraway – very happy with this purchase. We use this more than any other pan we own. It’s easy to clean; nothing so far has dared to stick to it – not even melted cheese. My one wish is that the weight distribution was slightly better. If you are someone who does not have a strong wrist and forearm, it can be hard to lift a full pan off the stove without fear of spilling its contents. I have a hard time pouring off fat from meat, for example. Not saying you need to be Superman to own this pan, but just something to keep in mind.

This is a beautiful pan and I love the lid. It is very sleek. This is the second one I have purchased and I really love this brand, simple and easy to clean and all the advantages of non-toxic material materials. Well worth the money.
