Been using this for a month now.I worked my way up to a single scoop. I put it in my coffee.I will tell you how I make my coffee so you can know how I get this product to dissolve.I make a pour-over and I have a teaspoon of butter and a tablespoon of MCT oil in the cup before I start.I put the filter basket over the cup with the filter and the coffee grounds.I pour the hot water in and once the brewing is done I put in 2 scoops of collagen powder and mix it with a battery powered frother.Then I add the scoop of this prebiotic product and mix it again with the frother.If I add the prebiotic and collagen together, or if I put the prebiotic in first: I get a small amount of clumps that don’t dissolve enough for me to consume them. It’s a very small amount, maybe 1/4 teaspoon, but at this price per oz I don’t want to waste any.I don’t add any other items – no milk or creamer or sweetener. I don’t find there is any taste to this product so if you’re concerned about flavor – there’s nothing to worry about.Does it help? The jury is out. Things were moving along fine in my system but I added this product because I can be gullible when it comes to supplements and overall IDK if it’s doing much for me. I have gas for hours when using this product. It isn’t painful or stinky, but it is noisy and I have to keep getting up to excuse myself to toot my horn.I subscribed to this product. I’m just about to finish the first jar and start the second. I’m not sure I’ll reorder it. For the price and side effects I’m not sure it is worth it.

Good Stuff!!!
I highly recommend for increasing fiber intake. It doesn’t dissolve well in liquid so it’s best to go in a morning smoothie and it doesn’t change the flavor of your smoothie which is a bonus over other products that are flavored.

Needs Better Quality Control
Nothing wrong with the product overall. But, serving size is two “scoops” and NO SCOOP was included in the package. (I searched through the entire canister.) It states a scoop equals 3 and 1/3 Tablespoons which is an annoying measurement to create on my own. I’m not obsessing, so I’m not trying to measure that out every time, but it makes tracking inaccurate. For the price, they need better quality control. Probably will try other companies’ products next for this reason.
