Love it
I have been using the Brondell shower head and filters for almost a year, with a very noticeable improvement in skin and hair. Can tell it blocks a lot of chlorine and other junk, and even use it on the hose to fill the tub for a bath.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This filters very nicely. It has greatly improved my dry skin and scalp conditions, especially in the winter when water is harsh. You’ll need to replace them every 6 months, but it is worth it for better skin and hair. The chemicals in my tap water are so harsh where I live. I can’t ever go back to non filter water for the shower. Installs very easily, pops right in. High quality.

I love the shower head. I could see an improvement in my hair and skin . So it was imperative I replace the filters. They arrived quickly! They are very easy to replace.

Good for colored hair
I bought this product because the water in my home is so hard, it was stripping my hair color and turning it a brassy color. This seems to help quite a bit. The first filter seemed to work better than the replacement. My color stayed faded more with the replacement, but I am not sure if it was the filter or my hair color, which can sometimes be the case. Hence, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

A Nice Little Filter
These definitely remove the chlorine. It makes taking a shower much more enjoyable. The water feels softer through the filter. Very easy to replace. I replace mine sooner than they recommended because our water is so bad.

I tested the filtered water with OTO drops and got same results as regular unfiltered tap waterI have also sent email to Brondell to make aware of this problem – the jar on the left is the filtered and the jar on the right is tap water

Works great, but it’s 3 months per filter for me not 6 months
At 5 dollars a month to keep my scalp itchy free and hair shiny this is a great deal. Try to replace these on the early side proactively (set a calendar reminder) so you don’t have to wait until your problems start again before replacing.

Good product, noticed a change in my husband’s very sensitive red skin right away.These are easy to use if you do it properly. You need to use the plumber’s tape included or you will have leaks and can’t blame it on the product.

It doesn’t filter Ontario’s hard water completely but it’s a good choice if you live in a place where it’s not possible to use other types of filter. It’s certainly better than not have a filter at all.
