I like so far!
My friend who is very knowledgeable in nutrition and things I should be taking when TTC. She recommended this brand of Maca powder, it’s a super food and it’s a great price and easy to blend/mix into my daily protein smoothie(doesn’t change the taste or consistency). I haven’t noticed any changes just yet in anything because I just started 4 days ago so I don’t know the performance benefits yet but will update soon. The texture is not bad it is just like a protein powder. Supposedly this is supposed to help be healthier and boost energy, nutrition, pain relief, fertility for men and women and it’s supposed tomorrow well. I trust the person who recommended this to me because she lives her life based on all things healthy and nutrition and the research I did supports what is advertised!

Nutty flavor that compliments my Hazelnut Hawaiian coffee. Great energy and added nutrients. One tsp in each 8oz cup of coffee. After 3 cups, I’m ready to go. No upset stomach issues whatsoever. Very effective Highly recommend.

Great product!
This has been a life changer. For lack of a better explanation it helps me not feel “crazy”. I’ve had less anxiety, more ability to go with the flow, less mood swings during my monthly cycle and an overall happier frame of mind. I do take it with meals because it bugs my stomach to take it by itself.

Maca powder does not taste good 😂 maca root in general isn’t good. But I’ve heard the benefits of it are good so that’s why I’m taking it. I haven’t been taking it long though

Pretty decent taste, Good with yogurt!
First time trying maca, this product tastes pretty good and is of uniform consistency. Very good in yogurt with fruit, add some sunflower seeds for crunch. Only in a week of using it, so I have no miracles to report, but certainly worth giving it a chance.

I use this as a Pain relief, energy, Stomach relief, the texture is smooth and can be put in tea bags. It has no smell.

My son and I use this powder. It because for what it the ingredients in it is the best price for everything I wanted. We use it in our smoothies. I really bought it for more of the brain health aspect of the powder. I have not gone without it. No taste mix as well.
