Had been using an Inulin product in an MCT Powder from another manufacturer for a few years, used it daily in my smoothies and protein pancakes. Loved that product but ran out and it has not been available on Amazon or anywhere for months now and have not responded to multiple requests for information. So I decided to find another prebiotic/probiotic but it has been difficult as most use Acacia fiber and not Inulin. Inulin is better for your system in general and makes an immediate difference. I happened upon this company and decided to go ahead and get their probiotic, prebiotic and biotin gummies. The prebiotic and probiotic worked straight away. Caution for those not used prebiotics/probiotics before, you may find it takes a few days for your system to get used to it, ie feeling of trapped gas, too much gas etc! These symptoms will die down quickly, so stick with it. My usual diet I intake about 40-50g of fiber from food daily, so I get a lot of fiber but still need help in making sure my system is processing all of it in the right way. And you only get benefits out of a probiotic if you take a prebiotic too. You need both, one is essentially the seed and the other is the water/food to make the seed do it’s thing! Only take one of them, you just don’t get the benefit. These started working the minute I used them! I ordered BELIVE probiotic gummies and prebiotic gummies last month and already put in my 2nd order for them. I really like that I can just eat the gummies with my evening meal, without having to go to the hassle of making pancakes or another smoothie every day, as I had to do with the powder I was using. They taste really good as well, so they also satisfy my sweet cravings. I watch my macros daily, so slipping in some extra sweet things every now and then to satisfy my sweet tooth is an added benefit! So I believe I have found my go to for prebiotic and probiotic and hope they don’t go out of stock!!

They Work!
I have tried MANY probiotics before, but I have never had results like this! There are no more gas pains in my belly, no bloating, no uncomfortable stomach issues. Without giving TMI, I poop much more regularly! I like that there is not a lot of added sugar like many other chews I’ve tried. The flavors are yummy, but more importantly, they work!

Yummy Probiotic Gummy
This is a yummy gummy for your tummy😊I have a hard time swallowing pills and capsules, so I’ve been seeking out gummies for most vitamins and supplements. Problem is many of them contain sugar. Now that wouldn’t be so bad if only taking 1 or 2 supplements, but they add up fast? I can be looking at 20 grams of sugar from after taking all of my different daily supplements. So I LOVE that these are sugar free! Besudes, it doesn’t make sense to have sugar in a probiotic since many guy issues are caused by yeast. Guess what yeast thrives on: sugar.I really like the taste of them, not too tart & not sticky sweet. Not a huge fan of the chewyness, but it’s forgivable.One thing I’d appreciate is adding prebiotics to these gummies as opposed to taking yet another supplement.All in all, my tummy and I are happy with the purchase of these probiotic gummies and hopefully,you will be too. I am new to probiotic stuff and as I cannot eat yogurt I wanted to try this – and was amazed how nice it was. I expected there to be a weird after taste but no it is very similar to jelly beans but these are VEGAN!!! Even though I am not vegan I prefer dairy free supplements.I am an adult but I am doing a low dose so taking 1 per day instead so my body gets used to this – I had my dinner then had 1 gum and after 2hrs went to the toilet – this is a great detox and no it does not cause diarrhoea.They do not need to be kept in the fridge this proves this bottle is a good SBO so can eat on empty stomach or after meals as they are heat resistant.SBO = soil based organismPeople who live in the countryside may have bits of soil in their water which is good for our gut but most of us live in sterile areas and use fluoride this gets rid of every bacteria including the good ones which are needed for our human bodies – so if possible stop using fluoride toothpaste and take this probiotic each day or do what I do: eat 1 every other day but not on weekends.Some say it is good to take before bed as it will help with sleeping but the best thing about them is they force the human body to make its own B VITAMINS including biotin. If you suffer cramps in the morning when you stretch or have premature white hairs ( a sign of lacking B-VITAMINS ) start taking methyl-B12 pills & these gummies since probiotics are said to help you absorb nutrients better – it also boosts protein digestion, hair problems are linked to poor gut health + bad digestion due to stomach issues or too much meat in diet.If you get spots from biotin pills stop using that and use this on its own it will also reduce acne – this has been scientifically proved = less spots when you boost gut health if you regularly eat SBO probiotics.I hope this company launch new flavours I am very happy to support vegans & glad there is no gelatin added inside!!!
