    Great upgraded projector!
I have received the projector and have been using it for a few days now. Overall, this is a great product and one I recommend to others! In my review, I’ll also include some comparison points to the EAZZE D1 model since I have both.- UnboxingThe packaging was well done. The device is bigger than expected, compared to the D1 model. One thing I noticed that was lacking compared to the D1 model was an HDMI cable. Since the D1 Max model retails at $500 currently, I think it should come with an HDMI cable like the cheaper D1 model.- SetupSetting up the D1 Max model was much more straightforward than the D1 model. Having Google TV integrated into the projector made the initial setup seamless to do. The auto focus and keystone correction are a big improvement over the D1 model. I found myself constantly having to adjust the keystone on the D1 model but the D1 Max gets the job done perfect on the first attempt.- Visual and Audio ClarityThe visuals of the D1 Max model are much better than the D1 model. I have the projector set up in my bedroom and have it projecting onto our beige colored walls ~10-12 ft away, and the picture quality is excellent. The screen is brighter and the colors pop better than the D1 model. Furthermore, the image is easier to see with the lights on or the blinds open than the D1 model. I feel like I could have this playing all day and have no issues seeing the images. The audio is also a big improvement. I adjusted the bass and treble to my liking, which improved the sound quality. When I initially set it up, the default settings were rather weak/flat-sounding. Increasing the base and treble helped change that a lot.- StreamingThis is the biggest improvement for me over the D1 model. Having Google TV makes it so much easier to stream and watch content over the D1 model. We bought a Fire TV stick for the D1 model, which helped overcome some of the streaming challenges, but having Google TV eliminates the need for that stick. One drawback I noticed between the two models is that the screen mirroring picture size is better for the D1 model than the D1 Max. Using Google Home to share my screen from my Samsung phone, as recommended by the manual in the box, results in a smaller screen than just screen mirroring directly from my phone to the projector through the screen mirroring app like in the D1 model. I don’t know if its the limitation of Google that reduces the screen size but it is a noticeable difference.- CritiquesA few criticisms for this model. First – the device is not compatible with the Aurzen foldable stand we bought for the D1 model. I wish we could screw in the same stand to the newer model but with the bigger size and heavier weight, it is an understandable compromise. I don’t anticipate using a ceiling mount so having another folding stand that can fit this projector would be nice. If Aurzen offers such a product for this model, I would be interested in purchasing it. Second, I do wish the projector power button wasn’t lit when the projector is off. It seems like a waste of energy. Similarly, I wish the green light on the power brick wasn’t there – it seems unnecessary to have a light on that.

    Great projector for the price
The Aurzen EAZZE D1 MAX is an excellent projector for its price. The picture quality is bright, sharp, and clear even in rooms with some light. Colors look rich, and the image stays crisp thanks to the fast autofocus and keystone correction. The built-in speakers are good, making it great for movies or games without needing extra audio. Setup is simple, and the wireless screen-mirroring works smoothly with both iPhone and Android. Overall, it delivers premium performance at an affordable price. The only issue I had was it won’t play YouTube 4K videos.

Sharp, bright visuals for movies and animation—even without a dark room.
I watched Interstellar and Spy x Family on this projector, and the experience honestly surprised me. The clarity is the first thing that caught my eye—Interstellar’s sweeping space shots, the dust on Earth, and even the stars in the distance all looked unbelievably sharp, almost like I was watching it in a theater. Then switching to Spy x Family felt just as impressive in a completely different way. The colors were vibrant, the outlines were crisp, and the animation had a smooth, lively feel that really showed off the projector’s color performance. The brightness was strong enough that I didn’t need a perfectly dark room; even the black hole scenes still held their depth instead of becoming muddy. And because it runs on the Google 14.0 system, I basically had endless apps and content at my fingertips—opening Netflix, Crunchyroll, and YouTube felt as easy as using a smart TV. Overall, watching both a cinematic sci-fi masterpiece and a cheerful family-spy comedy on the same projector made me appreciate how balanced the picture quality is across different genres.

Great product, works well on a beige wall
This projector has a premium build, solid materials, and a stylish look. I really like the color of the projector’s body. It’s easy to use, connecting it to my phone is very easy, delivers clear and vibrant video—even on my beige wall—and the built-in speakers sound great. Overall, very satisfied with the quality.

Very bright, not noisy, Google TV integration, but maybe a little steeply priced.
I think the Aurzen Eazze D1 Max is a great projector by itself. It has a bright screen, keeps noise to a minimum, and provides key features like auto keystone correction and autofocus. It works well in slightly illuminated indoor conditions as well. I think the $400 price is a little steep for such a product. Similar features are all available in much cheaper models, but the increased brightness and Google Tv integration is a good selling point. The project is a little heavy but not an important factor after its all setup. Google TV makes it much easier to install apps, log in, connect to other devices to share screen, and overall manage your accounts. The remote has a bunch of features on it but I think it would be very helpful to have a pair of buttons for autokeystone and autofocus once again, i just dont find myself using the manual focus buttons as much since the autofocus feature is pretty good. I also dont think the “profile” and “tv” button are necessary.Besides that the size and usability of the remote is pretty good. Setting up the wifi on a public wifi network was a hassle. Lastly I think the audio is quite decent for a medium to a large sized room, it isn’t loud or noisy and the fans aren’t overly loud either.

This projector is very easy to set up, including Wi-Fi and remote pairing. Google TV setup through my phone was quick, and the auto-focus and auto-keystone work well. The rear speaker sounds good with no noticeable distortion. There are plenty of streaming apps available, and USB videos can be accessed through IMplayer on the apps page. Some formats aren’t supported, like xVid.Image quality is crisp with good brightness and vibrant colors, and there are several picture presets or manual controls depending on room lighting. It runs Android 14 and can be placed on a shelf, stand, or ceiling mount—just make sure the shelf is at least 10 inches deep. Venting is solid, and while the fan is audible up close, it doesn’t interfere with audio. The power brick gets warm, which is normal. It includes one USB, one HDMI, and a 3.5mm jack, plus Bluetooth support. Overall, it’s a strong value projector for indoor or outdoor use, and should perform well for the price.

Setup was simple, and it connects to devices without any hassle. The voice search feature is very handy. The built-in speakers are better than expected, and the fan noise is very minimal. Perfect for movies, sports, and home entertainment. Truly a great purchase—couldn’t be happier!

In a sea of hundreds of random, low priced projectors, choose this Aurzen one. It’s in my opinion, the best budget projector on the market. The build quality is plastic, but it’s nicely textured. No flimsy components and nicely finished. The brown is variation is quite elegant. Easy to set up. Surprisingly works well in mid light, but is super high quality in dark to no light. Audio is enough on its own but don’t expect anything super punchy though. I use a Bluetooth speaker anyways to make up for the lack of depth. I like how it’s google TV ready too, very easy to sync with my google accounts. I thought the autofocus was horrible until I realized that you need the projector to be on a solid and sturdy base so it doesn’t shake while calibrating. Once I figured that out, all of the edges were crisp and detailed. The projector works well at an angle as well if you can’t have the projector right at the center of your wall. The auto keystone works great but you maybe have to tweak the positioning, which is easy. There’s some minor things I don’t like but it’s not worth talking about. Overall 5 stars highly recommended – best budget projector for real. The only other projector I would buy is a short throw, but those run $1000-$3000. Great work Aurzen.

What I like about this projector is that how easy it is to setup including the WiFi. Pairing the remote was quick and easy and setting up Google TV via my phone was quick and painless. Auto focus and auto keystone works really good as well. The speaker is at the back of the projector and the sound quality is quite good and did not notice any distortion when adjusting the volume up. Lots of apps to choose from, whether you use Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ etc. When play video from a USB drive won’t find it in the settings even when connected. On the main page click on apps and choose the IMplayer and your USB device will show up, now you can view/play your video content. Not all video formats are supported (IE: xVid). The video quality itself is pretty crisp, brightness is good and colors are vibrant. You can change the settings for the screen via the preset options like, vivid, standard, movie, sports or you can manually adjust to your liking depending on the ambience lighting in the room it’s projecting in. It is also running a fairly current version of android 14. You can either set it on a shelf, stand or ceiling mount. If on a shelf then have it be at least 10 inch in depth shelving. It has good venting so it doesn’t really get hot, just a bit warm as most do. Pending on where it’s mounted you can hear the fan going but it’s not intrusive or bothersome and did not interfere with the audio. At half volume you can here it if your close enough to it, but you’d have to be basically right beside it or fairly close to it. It does not have a power source built in to it, it has a power brick which gets fairly warm. Which I find most do including ones for laptops. Although I included some pictures, they just don’t do it justice. Looks much better in person on the screen. It has a big soft lens cover that can be removed/replaced easy. For external connections you get 1 USB, 1 HDMI and 1 3.5mm audio jack. But you can also use a Bluetooth with it. All in all it’s a pretty good projector and I doubt you’d be disappointed in it’s value/performance ratio. Indoor or outdoor I think it’s a good choice without breaking the bank. I’ll have to wait until summer to test it outdoors (I already have a portable screen for that).
