The kit is easy to use and ship. I did overnight shipping of frozen samples to preserve saliva better. The kit came with no ID number to preregister. You fill out the personal information card by hand, including your email address to which the results will be emailed. Well, without the ID number or a portal, with only the handwritten email, they got my email wrong and I waited for a month and a half for my results until finally deciding to give them a call. Turned out my results were ready in less than a week but I had no clue because they got my email address wrong. I just got another kit from a different company and it’s night and day – that other kit has an ID number to preregister so I can securely receive my results the moment they are posted. This saliva kit logistics is way outdated.Second, they don’t provide any interpretation of the results. There are graphs and general descriptions in the results but no advice or interpretation. I called them and they told me they don’t provide any consultations or advice. So why did I do this at home if there is nobody to help me with reading the results?Third, my blood DHEAS have been high for the past 6 months. I’m very confused about the low result on this saliva test. My only thought is that it’s inaccurate.Disappointed.

The results that came back were so different than my doctors office. Drastically different. Wasted money.
