Easy at home female hormone test
This test is extremely easy to administer on yourself and is 100% pain free and mess free. Easy-to-follow instructions and a kit with everything you need including an addressed package to mail the collected blood. Scan a QR code before mailing to register and you will receive email updates as it is received and processed by the company. Results were a little delayed because I mailed out right before Thanksgiving. I wrote an email to check in and they kindly and promptly emailed me back to let me know that they did not run any tests the week of Thanksgiving and apologized for the delay. Simple to understand results in a document you can download and print. All in all, I think this is nice to be able to do from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Another big positive to me is the pain free blood collection method!

Helpful and thorough kit, but the process could be clearer
This 6-in-1 female hormone test kit is a very complete at-home collection option, and I appreciate that it includes everything you need to gather the samples. The instructions are straightforward, and the kit itself is well organized. It’s definitely convenient for anyone wanting more insight into possible hormone imbalances, especially for concerns like hair changes or skin issues.That said, I do think the “painless” description is a little misleading. You do have to collect a blood sample, and that naturally involves bleeding, so it’s not completely pain-free. Another thing I didn’t realize ahead of time is that you have to mail in the sample to a lab. While that isn’t a dealbreaker, I wasn’t expecting it and I’m still a bit unsure about sending it off. It’s important to know that this kit helps you collect everything, but you still depend on someone else to run all the testing once they receive it.Overall, it’s a solid kit and does what it promises, but I think clearer labeling and expectations would make it even better. Still worth 4 stars for being comprehensive and easy to use, with just a few things I wish I’d known beforehand.

Convenient lab test from home
I ordered this kit to get a clearer picture of my hormone levels. It’s definitely convenient, but it’s important to note that what arrives from Amazon is only the collection kit itself. You still have to mail your sample to the lab with the provided prepaid label, so the overall turnaround takes a few days.There’s no finger prick involved, but the collection process does have several steps. You shave and clean the area, warm it with the included heat pack for about five minutes, and then use the micro-tap device to collect the sample, which takes another few minutes. It’s not painful—just a little more involved than a typical at-home test. The instructions are clear, and all the necessary supplies come in the box.My results came back quickly and were straightforward to read. The panel covers major reproductive hormones like estrogen, progesterone, FSH, and LH. For anyone wanting insight into cycle changes, fertility questions, or potential perimenopause indicators, it’s a useful tool.

Collection device didn’t work for me
Disappointed. Followed all directions but the collection device didn’t work for me. Not recommended. The instructions were straightforward, the device went on properly and it didn’t hurt, but it just didn’t collect enough in the sample tube to send in. They tell you how long to keep it on your arm and what the minimum amount for them to be able to process is and there just wasn’t enough collected. And there’s no way to try to use it a second time. The plunger to activate it only works once.

This hormone test is amazing! This is such an easy option for testing your hormones. It’s easy to use and the results come back within a week. No going to a lab needed. I prefer this over going to a lab.

I got this test to check on possible hormonal imbalances since getting a specialist appointment was taking too long. It’s convenient, but just to be clear, what you get from Amazon is only the collection kit. You’ll need to send your sample to a lab using the included prepaid label, so the whole process takes a few days from start to finish.Sample collection doesn’t require a finger prick, but it still involves a few steps: shave the spot, clean it, apply the included heating pad for 5 minutes, and then draw the blood using the micro-tap device, which takes another 5 minutes. It’s painless but slightly time-consuming. That said, the instructions are easy to follow, and everything you need is in the box.Results returned quickly and were easy to interpret. It measures core reproductive hormones like estrogen, progesterone, FSH, and LH, but not thyroid levels. For tracking menstrual changes, fertility, or possible perimenopausal shifts, it’s helpful.If you’re not too scared of blood draws and live near a LabCorp or Quest, services like Ulta Lab offer similar hormone panels for around the same price and may be faster. But if you prefer to stay at home and don’t mind spending 10–15 minutes on the sample, this is a solid option.
