Frozen mixed mushrooms
Love mushrooms and the only other place I ever saw them was in Finland. I am so glad to see them. Ilove the flavor an texture more than jared and I can’t alway keep fresh around and specially when I need them.

Nice Mix of Mushrooms
I wasn’t expecting much from this bag but it goes good in omelets, chicken fettuccini and spaghetti. Nice mix and versatile.

Not bad for frozen mushrooms
Surprisingly pretty good for a product I never thought would be edible if frozen. These mushrooms were originally bought to fix mushroom risotto, but realized too late I didn’t have enough Arborio Rice. So one night, I sautéd some in butter and added them to fresh steamed green beans for a veggie plate for dinner. Very tasty. Also added them to a mushroom marinara pasta sauce that just didn’t have enough mushrooms – immediate improvement!These are assorted mushrooms, so much more economical than buying several kinds of fresh so could be worth keeping in your freezer depending on what you prepare for regular meals.

I like to keep these sliced mushrooms in the freezer to toss in when I cook eggs, ramen, soups, pasta, etc. I’ve also added them to quesadillas & burgers I cook in the toaster oven.They are good quality with a nice variety. Nice slices like I would cut myself vs thick & mostly chunks of stem, like some frozen mushrooms I’ve purchased.
